The crew of Mitchell, Terrance and Elias were courteous, helpful, hard working and answered all of our questions. I felt confident in their professionalism and knowledge of the job during the entire process. I can't thank them enough! If these employees are a reflection of all their employees, SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson is a stellar company. I would recommend SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson to others and would use them again if the need arises. But, let's hope not! ??

Every member of SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson that we encountered was polite and professional. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom and it was coming through our bedroom ceiling. Needless to say we were a bit distraught. Luckily for us, SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson was quick and efficient and got us back to like it was before like it never happened. I would suggest this SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson to anyone with water or fire damage!
Eric came to our home with expertise and a smile, and took care of our flooding issue till it was completely cleaned up and back to normal. We were grateful for his knowledge and competent, fast work.

He is easy to get in touch with when I have yet another question. He truly has made an ordeal bearable and given me confidence that he is working hard with my best interest in mind. Thank you so much SERVPRO of Bellaire for taking such great care of my grandparents!! My grandmother recently tested positive for COVID_19 we were so worried that my grandfather who has severe asthma would also soon test positive. We needed someone to decontaminate their home immediately to help keep my grandfather safe. SERVPRO of Bellaire came in and cleaned and disinfected walls, counters, door handles, tables, chairs literally everything! They were so thorough and followed all CDC guidelines and the best part was they did it all in one day. Thank you SERVPRO you guys are incredible!!!!!
