Kristina Norlander, a proud graduate of Aggie Class of '91, embarked on her journey with SERVPRO through a twist of fate. With a background rooted in the insurance industry, Kristina recognized the pressing need for reliable and compassionate restoration services. In 2005, she took the leap into entrepreneurship by acquiring her first SERVPRO franchise, SERVPRO of Bellaire, alongside her husband. Since then, Kristina's commitment to community support and customer satisfaction has driven the expansion of her franchise network, including the acquisition of SERVPRO of Galveston Island / Lake Jackson, SERVPRO of Fulshear, SERVPRO of Richmond/Rosenberg and SERVPRO of Sienna Plantation/Needville.

With over 19 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, Kristina brings a wealth of expertise in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and professional cleaning services.
