SERVPRO of East Plano

Very thankful to the team at SERVPRO of East Plano! I had a horrible scare yesterday when I pulled up my son's playmate to find nasty brown and black mold and what appeared to be water coming up from the floor! Briana in the office was super helpful and got me scheduled for the next day! The tech Paul and his assistant were very professional and offered me some wonderful advice on next steps to take to determine the source of the moisture in my flooring and provided me with a comprehensive plan to both find the source and remediate any resultant damage. I am terribly concerned about mold in the home and so appreciative off their wonderful service. I highly recommend them should you have any mold issues!

I reached out to SERVPRO the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. SERVPRO was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew!

Briana (in the office), Michael and his crew (Raul, Nick and Eddie) were all so professional and did a fast and thorough job remediating the mold in my kitchen. They worked delicately to remove cabinets but were so kind about saving the cabinet doors for me to re-use. Super grateful for their help and patience with this first time home owner! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

What a great experience! I thought we had a minor water leak and called SERVPRO to have them come out to inspect the issue. Trey and Andrew arrived early and ready to jump in on the job! After some conversation, detailed inspection, and recommendations they left with me feeling confident in knowing there was not an active water leak in my home. 10/10 would recommend these guys anyday!

Briana provided excellent customer service! Very clear and thorough in her communication. Michael was on time and explained the process to me when walking the estimate. The crew, Carlos and Jean did a superb job on the restoration and cleaned up nicely.

From the 3:30 AM phone call to the removal of the fans and dehumidifiers, this team has been so easy to work with. They responded quickly to minimize damage to my flooded home.
