What a fantastic job Team Shaw ( Yanny, Alex, Yorgelis, and Eli) accomplished today. The professionalism and precise packing skills were outstanding. And I’m confident my furniture and valuables will not be damaged. I have moved a few times in three states and was mostly happy. However, the bar has now been raised significantly higher. The details marked on each box will also greatly reduce the stress of unpacking! Well done.

I reached out to SERVPRO the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. SERVPRO was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew!

Briana (in the office), Michael and his crew (Raul, Nick and Eddie) were all so professional and did a fast and thorough job remediating the mold in my kitchen. They worked delicately to remove cabinets but were so kind about saving the cabinet doors for me to re-use. Super grateful for their help and patience with this first time home owner!
