Meet the women of SERVPRO! They are in charge of keeping the warehouse top notch, and are certified to go out to the field.
Each of them are all IICRC in different areas like ODOR CONTROL, MOLD, WATER DAMAGES & or FIRE AND SMOKE RESTORATION
They are outstanding Warehouse/Production staff and we hope to have them in our SERVPRO family for many years to come!

This group of men are in charge of keeping our technicians on check! Making sure all our technicians have everything they need and know what has to be done that day on the job. They do hands on jobs as well, from inspections to mitigations. They’re the supers of SERVPRO of East Mission and South Edinburg and were proud to have them on our team!

Meet the repairs department! They are in charge of stepping in when repairs are needed or requested by the insurance.
Both of them are certified in IICRC in different areas like ODOR CONTROL, MOLD, WATER DAMAGES & or Fire and Smoke Restoration as well!
They are an outstanding team and we hope to have them in our SERVPRO family for many years to come!

This powerful trio is in charge of creating our estimates for our clients! They delegate with adjusters and work together to provide all our clients a quick and efficient job.

They’re the estimators of SERVPRO of Mission & South Edinburg and were proud to have them on our team!

Alma has been working for SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg for 2 years and counting! She is a water technician, meaning she takes out crews to the jobs. When asking alma what she liked the most about working for SERVPRO she stated, “EVERYTHING! I love staying busy and having responsibilities. I get to engage 1x1 with customers during jobs. I love focusing on small details, and this job provides room for that!”

Reyna has been working for SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg for 1 year and counting! She is one of our water technicians, meaning she takes out crews to the jobs! When asking Reyna what she liked the most about working for SERVPRO she stated, “I love what we do at SERVPRO the process and the fact that we help people all over the valley!!”

Araceli is a great employee and has been working for SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg for about 4 years and counting! She is normally with our warehouse crew assisting them in anything they need! When asking Araceli, what she liked the most about working for SERVPRO she stated, “I love that all the coworkers here are like a big family and we meet different people when going out to homes.”

Jose Amaya has over 13 years of experience here at SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg. Jose Angel has extensive storm experience and will be working on additional certifications this year. When asking him what he liked the most about working for SERVPRO he stated, “the best part is to be able to help people when they need it the most. It can be devastating after any home damages and I like that when were done with the job the clients are all left shocked on the great work we do in restoration.”

James Springob is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg. He has about 4 years of experience. James (aka Jim) used to cover our social marketing section for quite some time and now he’s out in the fields managing technicians and their crews. Jose Angel has extensive storm experience and will be working on additional certifications this year. When asking him what he liked the most about working for SERVPRO he stated, “I like helping people and having them feel someone is there to resolve the problem.”

Jonathon has been working for SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg for 4 years and counting! He started off as a helped and after 6-8 months his potential to become a technician was discovered! He has been leading our crews out in the field and showing great and outstanding workmanship.

Jonathon is Certified in the following:

On 02/2022, Jona is being promoted to Estimator! We are extremely proud of how far you have come and hope to see you continue to climb the ladder of SERVPRO success.

Juanita is the warehouse clerk at SERVPRO of East Mission/South Edinburg. She has now been a part of the team for over a year now and her workmanship is a great asset to the company! Juanita not only keeps things tip top in the warehouse, but she also helps assist in the job field when needed!

Cristina is a great employee and has been working for SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg for about 3 weeks and counting! She goes out to the homes in the event of a pack out/in or cleanings. When asking Cristina, what she liked the most about working for SERVPRO she stated, “The opportunity to help people.”

Rolando Barajas has over 4 years of experience here at SERVPRO of East Mission & South Edinburg. Rola has extensive storm experience and will be working on additional certifications this year. When asking him what he liked the most about working for SERVPRO he stated, “the best part is to be able to help people when they need it the most. The before and after's we see in homes and businesses after we leave are probably my favorite part"

Monica joined the team in August 2021 and works hand in hand with Liz David and Luis to provide exemplary repairs services!

Monica is eager to learn more and hopes to climb the ladder in the SERVPRO industry!

Omar joined the family in 2021 and is eager to continue gaining experience in hopes of one day being able to carry the Technician title!

Meet our Repairs Admin, Liz!

Liz started working for SERVPRO in 2021 and works hand in hand with Monica, Luis, and David when it comes to the repairs process!

She makes sure everything is in order at the office so the guys can have a flawless job process.

Meet our lovely Office Manager, Sarah! Sarah has been employed with us for over a year!

Not only does she keep everyone busy and in check when it comes to production staff, but can provide any help to our customers!

Sarah is Certified in the following:

Nicole joined our team back in 2021 and we couldn't have had been happier!

Nicole is in charge of billing out and receiving any payments!

Steph has been with our company for over a year now and we are excited to see her continue to grow within our community here at, SERVPRO.

When it comes to scheduling jobs and making calls out to the insurance/client, Stephanie is your go-to!

Steph is Certified in the following:

Meet the one who keeps her team working as ONE! Sally has been employed for SERVPRO for over 5 years but transferred to OUR location in 2019!

Sally since then gained the experience she needed and in late 2021 she became head of her department!

Dionicio has been employed with us since 2019 and is one of the best helpers we have!

We value and appreciate Mr. Alvarado for all the hard work and dedication he continues to give to the company!

Milo joined the SERVPRO family back in 07/2021 and we have been more than happy with his new addition!

Milo says, "Working in this department has allowed me to use my degree and expand my communication skills which has been a plus for all of us in the estimator's department!"

Arthur is a great employee who has been working in our estimator's department for over 2 years now and counting!
