Donna has 20 plus years of management experience. She leads our office administrative and production teams and she is certified with the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. Donna is extremely knowledgeable, competent and is our go-to person here at SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto.

She is always willing to help her TEAM and committed to serving each and every client through the restoration process. Her attention to detail and her work ethic does not go unnoticed.

She loves refinishing furniture and enjoys spending time with her
husband and family when she is not working.

Kelli is the lead Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto.

Kelli is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration. She communicates daily with our customers and works closely with our insurance carriers. Kelli has a broad knowledge base when it comes to estimating and working with our clients, she truly is "always here to help". Kelli enjoys her career with SERVPRO of Duncanville/ Desoto. She has a heart to help and a smile that is evident when communicating on the telephone.

When Kelly isn't working she loves spending time with her children and husband. She is originally from New Jersey, but got to Texas as quickly as she could! Texas has been her home for the past 17 years.

Kylie works in the Accounting Department of SERVPRO Duncanville/Desoto.

Kylie works hand in hand with our Job File Coordinators on a daily basis. She makes sure invoices are easy to read and timely, taking any confusion out of working through the insurance company's process for job completion. She is always ready to help her TEAM when called upon!

Kylie is originally from Georgia, but now calls Texas her home. We certainly are very happy have our own Georgia Peach here at SERVPRO of Duncanville/Desoto.

Karen is one of our bilingual Job File Coordinators. She is a team player and loves utilizing her background in the medical industry to further provide excellent customer care for our customers. Her keen eye for details is certainly an asset to our TEAM. We are excited to have her as a job file coordinator to help ensure the claims process is smooth for our clients. She loves helping others and spending time with her children during her time off.

Kristi has an extensive background in customer service. She really enjoys helping people and walking through each step with her customers. In her spare time she likes to bowl and have game night with her family and friends. Her personal goal is to be happy and enjoy life and to help others in the process.

Juan has been with us for 22 plus years. Juan is IICRC certified in Water & Fire/Smoke. Juan always goes above and beyond with his customers and his TEAM mates. Juan has an extensive amount of experience with all aspects of the claim and the processes. Communication is a strong point for Juan, this helps to relieve his customers of the stress or anxiety that comes with the smallest or the largest loss to their property. He has a true heart to help others and we are proud to have him as a part of our SERVPRO Duncanville/ DeSoto family.
