SERVPRO of Brazos Valley
Eric Owens
Eric is our production supervisor and is responsible for scheduling, receiving, managing and supervising all mold, fire & smoke, biohazard, crime scene and duct cleaning jobs. He is the ambassador between our customers and our team and helps facilitate all communication and transactions with the customer.
Jake McCallister
Jake McCallister is our certified water mitigation supervisor. He manages and coordinates interactions with our clients who have experienced a water loss in their home or commercial building. He's an expert at his trait and manages an excellent team of employees to help our customers daily.
Teri Barham
Teri is our Office Manager. She has been with the company for several. Teri helps keep the office running smoothly. She is responsible for dispatching all incoming jobs, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
Austin Grimes
Meet Austin, one of our water technicians. Austin has been with SERVPRO for over a year and is IICRC certified. He is the person you will first talk to when a water job is dispatched to the field.
Hayden Johnson
Hayden is one of our water technicians. He is IICRC certified and has been with our company for many years. You will see Hayden in the field on water jobs.
Tina Elbrich
Tina is our Administration Assistant. She helps keep our office in order while also answering the phone and getting customers to the people they need to talk to. She is a very outgoing person, and tries to get as much crawfish as she can. Tina also loves spending time at the beach when she gets the chance!

We hired SERVPRO to do a full, and intensive Duct/HVAC Cleaning at our facility. The employee's were on time each day and worked steadily to get the job done. What was especially impressive was that every employee had a specific job, and every employee did their job to the best of their ability. No one sat around, and if their particular part of the job was complete, they helped the others. Each day when they arrived, the lead person explained exactly what they were going to do that day, and answered any questions that we had. At the end of the day, he gave us an update on how everything went that day. They were all very professional, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They came, they did the job they were hired to do (a very extensive job at that), they cleaned up, and they left. You would never even know they were here, except for the fact that they left each area of the facility in which they worked, much cleaner than when the arrived. And, the air in our facility smells clean and fresh. The office staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous as well. Thank you SERVPRO!!!

I would highly recommend SERVPRO Brazos Valley to anyone anywhere. I have had to use them on 2 different occasions only to have my expectations exceeded each time. When you need SERVPRO it is generally not a good time (our A/C broke and flooded our home) But one call to them put me completely at ease. They were there within an hour! Fast, Friendly, Professional, and literally no trace of anything when the left!! I was and have always been amazed by their professionalism. I felt they went above and beyond for me and my emergency, which only makes me believe they do this for everyone. We have had 2 incidents that they took care of for us, and both times we had nothing but the best service... quick response, they got everything cleaned and packed, and were professional and super courteous.
