Cooper Callahan is CHIEF IN CHARGE here at SERVPRO! Since 2014, he's been making sure operations are running smoothly. We love him dearly.

Jordan Callahan is our General Manager. He graduated from University of Houston in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Jordan has 13 years of experience in the industry and has the following IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, CCT, RRT. Jordan makes sure our team is operating at the highest level every day and that every job we do is completed with the utmost attention to detail - the SERVPRO Standard! In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling with his best (doggie) pal Cooper James Callahan.

Ashley Roye is our Office Manager. She has an associate's degree in Business Administration from Lamar University - Port Arthur. Ashley started with SERVPRO in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Now, with 10 years of experience in the industry, she handles all things administrative - including leading our talented administrative team. She also holds a WRT certification with the IICRC. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and dogs at the beach or lake.

Jacey Woods is our Marketing Manager. She graduated from Lamar University in 2014 with a degree in Marketing. Jacey started with the company in 2015 as a Sales & Marketing Representative and currently holds a WRT certification with the IICRC. Over the last 7 years she has worked in the Sales, Administrative, and Mitigation departments - sometimes all at once! She now leads our entire sales and marketing team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and their dogs!

Brant Fontenot is our Construction Manager. He has more than a decade of experience in the industry and is a pro at truly getting our customers' homes/businesses back "Like it never even happened." Brant enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and twin boys and tending to their family flower garden.

Carlos Arellano is our Mitigation Manager. He started with the company in 2017. Carlos is WRT certified with the IICRC.

Destiny Smith is out accounting administrator. She started with the company in 2021.

Kaleighe Sommerfelt is one of our Job File Coordinators. She started with the company in 2022.

Franklin Hanks is one of our construction superintendents. He started with the company in 2022. Franklin has multiple years experience in project management and brings a high level of customer service to the Construction Department.

Chere Kidder is our Construction Job File Coordinator. She started with the company in 2021.

Karonja Taylor is one of our Crew Chief's. He started with the company in 2020. Karonja is WRT certified with the IICRC.

Ben Gasaway is one of our Production Technician's. He started with the company in 2019.

Jacob Mears is one of our Production Technician's. He started with the company in 2020.

Brenda Grangel is one of our Production Technician's. She started with the company in 2020.

Elizabeth Salazar is one of our production technicians. She started with the company in 2022.

Justin Schofield is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO. He has several years experience in handling water and fire damage before joining out team. Justin is certified with the IICRC in Water Removal Technician. He has been with the company since 2022.

Justice Kay is one of our Production Technicians. He has been with our company since 2022.

Vince Reed is a Crew Chief at the SERVPRO of Beaumont. He has the following certification from the IICRC: Water Restoration Technician. Vince has been with our company since 2022.

Ryan Fontenot is one of our production technicians. He has been with our company since 2023.

Darious Hawkins is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Beaumont. He has been with the company since 2022.

Travis Smith is one of our Production Technicians. He joined our company in 2023.
