Sam and Andrew were extremely professional and polite young men who did a thorough job in accessing the situation and mediating my sewer damage by cleaning & disinfecting all areas. They were very considerate and wore their masks the whole time. They also cleaned up all debris from all sheetrock /carpet removal.
Unfortunately, my fireplace caused an awful fire throughout my home. After the fire was out, I gave SERVPRO a call and they were at my house within 30 minutes. They thoroughly discussed the restoration process and informed me on the next steps to take.
Ms. Renee, Korina, and Anthony Lee, they were very polite and professional about their appearance and took care of business in a timely fashion to accommodate all of us here at Schlumberger.
Felton is awesome. Very informative and professional, makes you feel like he is part of the family. The pack and go girls were great and friendly. The two guys who packed my stuff on the truck were very good and packed things well. I would definitely recommend to anyone if you ever need assistance with damages to your house. The folks are awesome.
