Alexis McPherson is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch. Alexis has been with our Franchise since October, 2016 and brings many years of experience in outstanding customer service to our team. She is extremely knowledgeable and very well versed in various components of the service industry. Alexis has received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) Water Restoration Technician (WRT). Alexis has the sense of urgency to respond quickly to any fire, water and/or smoke emergency and is always here to help.

Barbara Galligan is a Sales and Marketing Representative with SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch. Barbara brings thirteen years of experience as a teacher. Barbara has used her teaching experience to educate insurance clients the importance of restore vs. replace. Barbara has the sense of urgency to respond quickly to any fire, water and/or smoke emergency and is always here to help.

Maria Guerra is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch. Maria is a certified mold remediation worker with the State of Texas. Maria brings several years of restoration experience to our Franchise. Her thorough attention to detail when restoring contents and structure leaves our customers extremely satisfied. Maria has the sense of urgency to respond quickly to any fire, water and/or smoke emergency and is always here to help.

Matt Farman is the Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch. Matt brings years of experience in water remediation, having spent 20 years as a Water Damage Technician. Matt now brings that experience to home and business owners with water and fire losses. Matt’s professional attitude, competent service, and attention to detail always leaves our customers satisfied. In his spare time, Matt enjoys relaxing outdoors and swimming . Matt is MRW and WRT certified, has the sense of urgency to respond to any fire, water and/or smoke emergency, and is always here to help.

Melissa Garippo is a Reconstruction Administrator who helps home and business owners rebuild after they suffer a water or fire loss. Before starting at SERVPRO, Melissa spent 2 years as an instructor for a real estate company, focusing on rebuilding investment properties. After a successful career, Melissa now helps home and business owners rebuild and reconstruct after a water or fire loss. Melissa enjoys camping and fishing with her family, in San Antonio, TX. Melissa has the sense of urgency to respond quickly to any fire, water and/or smoke emergency, and is always here to help.

Krystal is our Production Manager. She enjoys overseeing the mitigation and restoration processes in order to get our customers back to normal.

Michael is our Reconstruction Superintendent. Michaels enjoys helping with the reconstruction of our customer's homes and businesses, and he loves that he gets to serve customers during a difficult situation.

Annnette is a production technician and enjoys helping customers through the restoration process.

Alma is a production technician who loves to help our customers through the mitigation and restoration process.

Felipe is our amazing Production Technician at SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Sasha is one of our Production Technicians at SERVPRO! She does a great job helping the team.

David Bautista is one of our Project Managers! We love having him on our team at SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch.

Two members of our team, Sean and Tyler, volunteered with BOMA San Antonio and The Food Bank to pack and fill over 2,000 snack bags and 592 boxes! We're so proud of our team members for helping our community.
