Brice Cordell
Brice Cordell is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Sumner County and has been with the company since 2013. His industry knowledge and outgoing personality make him a great ambassador for our company and resource for our clients. He holds a degree from the University of Tennessee and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal and Fire and Smoke Restoration. Outside of work, Brice enjoys playing golf and cheering on the Reds, Vols, and Titans.
Ryan Goad
Ryan has been with SERVPRO®; of Sumner County as a Marketing Representative since 2017. He is IICRC Certified in Water Removal and has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the industry. If you have questions or need service call Ryan today at 615-598-6734.
Jane Ann Sullins
Jane Ann is our Administrative Coordinator at SERVPRO®; of Sumner County. Jane Ann is married to Cory, whom co-owns our franchise and has extensive knowledge in the restoration industry. Jane Ann graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Electronic Media.
Taylor Richardson
Taylor is the Senior Production Manager at SERVPRO of Sumner County and has been with the company since 2014. He has several years of experience of in the restoration and environmental services industries, and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.
Dakota Brent
Dakota is the Construction Division Manager at SERVPRO of Sumner County and has been with the company since early 2016. He holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal and Applied Structural Drying. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys coaching his son's Jr. Pro Football team, lifting weights, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.
James Witcher
James is the Construction Superintendent at SERVPRO®; of Sumner County. He started with the company in January of 2020 and brought with him infinite knowledge of the construction industry.
Becca Smith
Becca is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Sumner County and has been with the company since 2014. Her determination and attention to detail make her a great asset to our company and valuable resource to our clients and customers. She also holds a Water Removal Technician certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
Greg Burke
Greg has been with SERVPRO®; of Sumner County for almost 4 years and is one of our Production Managers. Greg is a big Miami Heat fan. He holds a Water Removal Certification from the IICRC and is a great asset to our TEAM.
Chandler Richardson
Chandler is a Production Manager at SERVPRO®; of Sumner County and has been with our company for over 4 years. He is IICRC Certified in Water Removal and also holds his ASD (Applied Structural Drying) Certification. Chandler began with our TEAM as a technician and through the years has moved into the position of Production Manager.
Rebecca Sinor
Rebecca is our Job File Specialist and one of the friendly voices that you hear when you call our office at SERVPRO®; of Sumner County. Rebecca has been with our company since 2019 and her friendly demeanor, work ethic and attention to detail make her a tremendous asset to our TEAM.
Josh Cole
Josh began with SERVPRO®; of Sumner County in 2021 as a Production Manager. He has excellent customer service skills and a military background. We are proud to have him as part of our SERVPRO®; TEAM.
John Reilly
John joined our team in November of 2021 on the reconstruction division. He is a project estimator with a background in construction.
