I came to my shop one morning to find that a piece of equipment had leaked water everywhere, so I called SERVPRO to fix the damage. They were quick, did a great job, and the cost was definitely reasonable.
Eunice and Rodeick were extremely nice and hard working. My employees were still working when they arrived, and waited for me to give them the okay to start. They did a fantastic job at working around my employees while not sacrificing their quality of work. You are lucky to have them on your staff, because I would take them in a heartbeat, and my company has one of the highest standards for personable, professional, courteous hard working employees.
I wasn't present for questions pertaining to onsite crew or process, but have received no further complaints or concerns from tenants or customers regarding the affected area.
