I was impressed that someone live answered the telephone. Patrick listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment. The inspection was completed and the information was sent to me timely. The information was clear and addressed my concerns. I had them to come out to do the job for me. I really appreciated the professionalism.
I came across an uneasy fix with couch cushions. We tried everything prior to calling SERVPRO of Rutherford County. There wasn't a true solution in sight until I spoke with Patrick and he assured me they could handle it. Within days, SERVPRO handled my issue in a timely and professional manner. Our church was recently vandalized with a lot of broken glass. I called SERVPRO after the Police Dept and Insurance said it was ok to. I called on Saturday morning and was transferred to Jason. What started out as a family Christmas event (4 families – 16 people) at my son’s house in Middle Tennessee last week was quickly disbanded due to an outbreak of the Flu and stomach bug.
