Austin Cerwinske
Austin has been a SERVPRO team member since May 2018. In his current role of Restoration Supervior, he oversees various jobs and mentors technicians who are starting out in the industry. He holds a C14 license as well as a WRT certification from the IICRC.
Cody Garrett
Cody started working for SERVPRO in September 2019 as a Restoration Technician. In the summer of 2022, he was promoted to Production Manager. His daily responsibilities include managing a team of Restoration Technicians and Restoration Supervisors and inspecting/writing estimates for both residential and commercial jobs. His certifications include: WRT, ASD, CDS, TCST and he has a C14 license.

Brandon Miner
Brandon is a loyal member of the SERVPRO of Hermitage/Donelson team. Brandon excels in customer relations, and his primary focus will always be ensuring that the client is comfortable and knows everything will be all right with SERVPRO of Hermitage/Donelson.
Adienna Peabody
Adienna started at SERVPRO in July, 2021 as Administrative Assistant, but it quickly became apparent that she was exceptionally talented in multiple areas and was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Owner shortly thereafter. She adds tremendous value to our company and does it all with a servant's heart.
Joey Ellis
As a business development specialist, Joey’s main goal is to build relationships which will, in turn, build our business. Joey says his favorite part of the job is the hands-on approach to communicating with clients and potential clients. He loves building rapport because he genuinely cares about people. Joey also brings his valuable expertise from having been a General Manager for Verizon to leverage relationships and to engage with people. We’re happy to have Joey on our squad!

I recently bought a home. During the inspection I was told that there was a significant mold problem in my crawlspace. My inspector and realtor both referred me to SERVPRO of Hermitage/Donelson to have the mold killed and cleaned. The house was built in the 1950s, but now the crawlspace looks like it is under a brand new house. The crews worked quickly and efficiently. Much easier process than I had expected.
SERVPRO of Hermitage/Donelson is always a pleasure to work with, and they have many great services available. Not only that, they are also quick to respond are great at customer service! If I have any troubles in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them!

Ultimately, dealing with damage in your home is always an exhausting and frustrating process, but Mike sure made the very best of a tough situation. He made sure we were 100% satisfied before he called the job complete and truly earned my trust and respect in the process.
I hope we never need the services of SERVPRO again, but feel confident I have found the best place in town if the need ever does arise again in the future.

Emergency response team on the SPOT, and I know they went way beyond 12hr days. Always respectful of our property, inform of coming and going and every next step clearly explained. And every one of the team members was just plain nice and friendly. Coordinated perfectly with our local service company, Lee Company Nashville, and surrounding counties. I won't use another remediation company. (And hope not to need it ...)
