I’m very happy with the job SERVPRO of Dyersburg/Union City did in my home. We had a major fire and several rooms were affected. They went the extra mile to help me, even if the task was not necessarily related with the fire. They were willing to help. I’m very satisfied with what they did and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I want to thank every SERVPRO employee who cleaned our home after it suffered smoke damage when our shop burnt.... Ms. Kathy, Misty, Crystal, Dale, Angela, Mr. Steven, and "Tiny Tot" aka Mrs. Rhonda. Each person I've met has compassion and love helping people. The Cleaning crew expecially Mrs Rhonda has touched my heart. Dont let her size fool you. The greatest things come in the smallest pacpages. "Tiny Tot" was prompt each day. She treated my home as if it was hers, treating each thing she cleaned with care. ?????? She made sure every picture was straight and every mirror was streak free. I hope you're blessed to have her in your home. My home smells great! I loved picking out the air freshener scent.

I don’t know of any other company that is equipped to handle a disaster as SERVPRO does. It’s people are well trained and they do a good job. We could have lost our pews. If those wooden areas would have seated in the water for very long, they would have soaked it up and we would have lost at least the bottom part of the legs. They save us a lot of money by their prompt reaction.
