Keesha is the Co-Owner and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren Counties. She has spent the past 14 years serving the community through the medical field in both pediatrics and oncology.
Keesha is a graduate of Warren County High School in McMinnville Tennessee. On Keesha's downtime she enjoys traveling, hiking local trails, loves to read, and watching her son play travel soccer.
Maryann
Maryann is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren Counties. She has been in the restoration industry for just over one year. She provides outstanding customer services, is empathic to your needs, and will help you navigate through the insurance process.
Maryann is a native of New York. She moved to Tennessee during her teenage years and has fallen in love with the community. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends, riding motorcycles, cooking, playing video games, and making artwork using her creativity.
Bobbie
Bobbie is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren Counties. She has been a part of the restoration industry for several years, predominately with the SERVPRO family. Although she specializes in fire and smoke damage cleanup, don't be surprised to see her mitigating a water damage from time-to-time.
During her free time Bobbie loves adventure. You can find her riding four wheelers, traveling, and listening to loud music. She also gets bonus point with us for being a fan of Alabama football.
Gia
Gia is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren Counties. She is a hard worker with a positive attitude. One of the best attributes that Gia brings to the team is willing to help out in any situation. She is the definition of a team player.
When Gia isn't being a SERVPRO hero she enjoys reading and listening to music.
Charlie
Charlie is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin and Warren Counties. He brings a desire to learn new things and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Charlie recently moved to Middle Tennessee from North Dakota. When Charlie is not working he enjoys reading, fishing and being outdoors. He is also an avid animal lover!
Tyler
Tyler is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Coffee/Franklin/Warren Counties. He has an incredible work ethic and always has a smile on his face.
Tyler is a Texas native, but is proud to call Coffee County his home. He has an interest in fast cars and good food.
Stephanie
Stephanie is an Office Admin Assistant at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin and Warren Counties. She has years of customer service experience in the hospitality field. She is a kind and uplifting personality and brightens our office.
Stephanie is very creative and enjoys dancing, music, and reading. She spends time trying new experiences with her son and is an asset to our team.
Bailey
Bailey is in Reconstruction at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren Co. He is a local resident of Bedford Co and has much experience in construction.
Bailey works to get our customers back to preloss condition, but is also putting his construction skills in remodeling his own home. He spends his free time grilling and spending quality time with his family.
Joseph
Joseph is a Marketing Rep at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren, Co. He has recently moved from Idaho to become a local resident of Coffee Co. He has management skills and will work hard to make sure every customer is handled with care and quality.
Joseph spends his days fly fishing with his family and exploring the new areas of Coffee Co.
Laura
Laura is a Reconstruction Coordinator at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren, Co. She has quickly made relationships with our community and always enjoys helping our customers get their homes back to preloss condition.
Laura has recently moved to Warren Co and enjoys spending time with her son at his baseball games. They spend time with their horses and spreading knowledge of how our company can help you with all your restoration needs.

Jordan is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin and Warren Counties. He is excited to help us grow as a company.
Jordan is from and currently resides in our local Franklin Co. When he is not helping our customers, he is riding his motorcycle and relaxing with video games.
Danny
Danny is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin and Warren Counties. He has prior restoration experience and is eager to join and move up with us.
Danny is from our very own Coffee Co. He loves the outdoors, riding his motorcycle, and acting. He brings a great positive energy to our crew.

I had some water damage in my basement due to local flooding. Local SERVPRO crews were too busy to handle all the calls, so the Manchester Tennessee team was dispatched to my call. They were so easy to work with. They removed the wet carpet and drywall quickly and cleanly. The fans and dehumidifier got my basement completely dry again. The team was very professional and thoughtful. And I couldn't get enough of the beautiful southern accents.
When our Radio Station Flooded (6am) we called SERVPRO and they had a team onsite within 30 minutes! They started the drying process immediately! Courteous staff and management! Will use them again....THANKS SERVPRO

Rose Chandler, Dwayne Simmons, Melissa Burnett, Michael Conklin and Scott White became my friends and rescuers; I was at their mercy because I had no idea what to do or when to do it. I was never apprehensive about the security of my home; I put my complete trust in them. They are all Godsends to me! My heartfelt gratitude to you all!

We had water damage due to a pin hole leak in the ice maker hose on our refrigerator one week before Christmas. Evidence showed it had probably been leaking for 6 to 8 weeks without us knowing. SERVPRO was here with machines and their employees ready to get us fixed up! They were on top of it. We could not ask for better people and service that SERVPRO gave us. Maryann dealt with the insurance while we dealt with having what was left of our kitchen in our living room and bedrooms. Best group of people we could have ever had to get us back to a normal household in a few weeks! Did we mention that we had just moved into our new house in September from Delaware and this happens! Amazing Company! Our home had a skunk to die under our Hvac unit and it contaminated the inside of our home. We had to stayed in a hotel while SERVPRO took over. I never would have thought the smelled could be removed from our furniture , mattress , clothes, etc .. But SERVPRO took care of it within a week ! It makes me want to work for them !! Great job !
We had three rooms of carpet cleaned at a rental property- the crew that did the cleaning was great! When we called Lisa to schedule- she was helpful and friendly and helped us find a date that would work! Thanks
