Ryan Goad

Jane Ann Sullins
Jane Ann is our Administrative Coordinator at SERVPRO®; of Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson Counties. Jane Ann is married to Cory, whom co-owns our franchise and has extensive knowledge in the restoration industry. Jane Ann graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Electronic Media.
Taylor Richardson
Taylor is the Mitigation Division Manager at SERVPRO of Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson Counties and has been with the company since 2014. He has several years of experience of in the restoration and environmental services industries, and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.
Chandler Richardson
Chandler, a seasoned professional, currently serves as the Construction Production Manager at SERVPRO®; of Cheatham, Robertson, and Dickson Counties, boasting an impressive tenure of over 5 years within our organization. Possessing IICRC certification in Water Removal and holding an ASD (Applied Structural Drying) Certification, Chandler's journey with us commenced as a diligent technician. Over the years, his dedication and expertise have propelled him to the role of Construction Production Manager, showcasing his commitment to excellence within our team.
Dakota Brent
Dakota is the Construction Division Manager at SERVPRO of Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson Counties and has been with the company since early 2016. He is also a Certified Water Removal Technician by Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Outside of work, Dakota enjoys coaching his son's Jr. Pro Football team, lifting weights, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.
James Witcher
James serves as our Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO®; of Cheatham, Robertson, and Dickson Counties. Since joining us in January 2020, he has seamlessly integrated his boundless expertise into our operations, significantly enhancing our understanding of the construction industry.
Becca Smith
Becca serves as the Business Support Manager at SERVPRO of Cheatham, Robertson, and Dickson Counties, bringing her dedicated expertise since joining the team in 2014. Renowned for her unwavering determination and meticulous attention to detail, Becca stands as an invaluable asset to our company, elevating our commitment to excellence. Josh Cole
Josh began with SERVPRO®; of Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson Counties in 2021 as a Production Manager. He has excellent customer service skills and a military background. We are proud to have him as part of our SERVPRO®; TEAM.

“Great group. We had a three level flood on Sunday, August 26th 2018. I called them at 4:30am and they arrived around 7:00am they were there all day and came back every day for six days. They removed wet drywall, insulation, carpet padding and carpet and placed 43 fans throughout our house. Five rooms and a woodworking shop were affected. Katie called everyday to check on us and make sure we were okay. You couldn't ask for a better team!
