Jacob Roth (General Manager)
Jacob is our General Manager and has been with us since 2020. He has an extensive background in Marketing and Project Management which make him a solid lead for our operations. When he is not at work or wrangling his busy family of 6 he encourages his team to work hard and continue their education in the industry. He leads by example and also holds several IICRC certifications:

Nikki Schellpeper-Business Development Manager
Nikki Schellpeper has an impressive and lengthy time with SERVPRO. She started at SERVPRO of Alachua County West in Florida in 2015 as Office Admin and became Office Manager/Marketing Manager over her time there. In July of 2022 she moved to SERVPRO of Sioux Falls as Operations Manager before stepping into the Business Development Specialist role. Now she is the Business Development Manager for us here at SERVPRO of Rapid City. She has multiple Certifications with IICRC:

Andy Wurdeman (Construction Superintendent)
Andy is a Army Veteran with an extensive background in Construction and Project Processes who began serving us at SERVPRO in 2023. Andy has stepped up to lead our reconstruction team.
Randy Brunssen (Fire Crew Chief)
Randy has been with SERVPRO of Rapid City since August of 2019. Before he came to work for SERVPRO he was a construction laborer. Randy enjoys listening to all kinds of music in his time off.
Mario Kursave (Water Production Manager)
Mario has worked for SERVPRO of Rapid City since February of 2019. Before working at SERVPRO He worked in the construction industry. He enjoys working hard so he can play hard. Mario has worked hard for our customers her at SERVPRO and holds multiple IICRC Certifications:

Jimmy (James) Meehan (Production Manager)
Jimmy started with SERVPRO in 2020 as a Crew Chief and is now one of the Production Managers of our Water/Fire crews. He has been an integral part of our operation and is always available at almost any time day or night.

Jacob joined the SERVPRO team in 2022 and has quickly worked his way up the ranks to Water Crew Chief. Before joining the SERVPRO team, Jacob worked in the construction industry in Arizona and he continues gain expertise in the industry. He holds the following IICRC certification:

Mason McBride (Water Crew Chief)
Mason joined the SERVPRO team in 2023 as a Restoration Technician and has quickly become a Water Crew Chief. When he's not on the stage rapping he is taking care of customer's needs and immersing himself in his role as Crew Chief. He also studies hard and holds the following IICRC Certification:

All the staff that I encountered during our unfortunate water damage to our house were all very friendly, polite and helpful. From the moment they walked through the doors into our home I never once second guessed my decision to call them. They helped relieve so much stress from my husband and I and I never once questioned whether or not our things were being properly taken care of

My 2015 Ford Explorer Sport sat outside for 8 weeks during Covid19. I didn't need to drive. When I finally started it I found that a packrat or mouse had died into the vehicle's air system. It was undrivable. I mean, it literally was a health hazard. I worked with American Family Insurance. I have full coverage and they suggested SERVPRO. It took several weeks but that was fine. SERVPRO killed the smell plus found three more dead mice under the battery. My beautiful Explorer is perfectly clean now. It looks brand new and now I can enjoy driving it again. What a relief! Thank you SERVPRO and thank goodness I had full coverage insurance with American Family Insurance who was very good about this whole ordeal. Hallelujah.
