Johnny is the GM at SERVPRO of West Greenville. He has over 30 years in new home and remodel construction. His certifications include but not limited to Lead Renovation, Subrogation, Water Removal, Xactimate 28 Certified.

Michelle Frantzen has joined our team as a Sales Marketing Representative (SMR). Michelle graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in education, specializing in special and early education. Her work experience included working in Detroit Michigan, where she taught emotionally impaired children for two years; a resource room teacher for two years in Ann Arbor and last five years of teaching at Palmetto Prep. Michelle also received her license to practice Real Estate in 2013 from the Wyatt Institute. Her hobbies include interior decorating, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at local community events.

Holly Lee is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of West Greenville County. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including account management, analyzing financial reports, monitoring compliance/risk management, and etc. She also acts our HR Administrator. Her incredible organization skills and wonderful personality keeps our team running smoothly.

Holly is one of the friendly voices that our customers have grown so accustomed to hearing when calling in to our office, and she takes great pleasure in making sure they are each taken care of.

Lauren Stambaugh is the Social Media Marketer at SERVPRO of West Greenville County. She is a Marketing major and Communications minor at Clemson University. Lauren is very involved at Clemson and has ran multiple social media accounts for clubs and organizations. She is very excited to join SERVPRO of West Greenville County's team!

In Lauren's free time she enjoys spending time at the lake, going to Clemson football games, shopping, and hanging out with friends and family.
