SERVPRO of Greater Northern Charleston
Andrew Trudeau
Drew is SERVPRO of Greater N. Charleston's Sales & Marketing Manager. He started with our franchise in 2022 and has over twenty years of experience in sales and customer service, and he truly enjoys working with the community. He has also enjoyed a career in graphic design where he previously helped small businesses find their visual footing in marketing and advertising.
Drew lives in Ladson with his wife and their two children, a beloved dog, three cats, and one fish. He loves to play his bass guitar, write poetry and collect sports cards.
Cindy Paylor
Cindy is the Administrative Assistant for the SERVPRO of Greater Northern Charleston office. She relocated from Silver Spring, MD in 2014 with her daughter. She has an extensive background is in residential property management. She spent 17 years prior to working with us as a resident manager handling maintenance, tenant issues, and accounts receivables. All of which, along with her cheerful disposition and team spirit, make her the perfect match for our busy office!
When not at work, you can find her at the beach and working on her line of handmade crafts, CinfullySavvy. We are thrilled that she decided to make Charleston home!

Amber Taylor
Amber is our General Manager and joined the SERVPRO of Greater N. Charleston and Dorchester County Crew in 2018. She is certified in water mitigation, Xactimate, and Time & Material estimating. Amber was promoted to General Manager in 2021 and loves building a culture that allows her co-workers to thrive in their positions.
On her off time she loves her time with her family, spending time on the beach and rehabbing furniture. We are so happy to have her leading up our team!
Bill Derome
Bill began working with our franchise in 2017 as a technician and was ultimately promoted to Production manager in 2021. He is certified in water mitigation, mold remediation, and is lead certified as well. His super power is problem solving. Our customers have come to depend on him to find solutions that ensure the restoration of their property is as painless and efficient as possible.
In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and watching sports.
Stephen Berryman
Stephen moved here 3 and half years ago from Lexington, Kentucky and is certified in water mitigation and carpet cleaning. His favorite part of his job here is being in a position to help people during the difficult time a water or fire damage brings to a family and their home.
He's an avid Greenbay fan, loves football, and is crazy about big dogs!
