You just finished clean up after our sewer line overflowed into our 1/2 bathroom and family room. I wanted to compliment the folks you sent to help do the demo, clean up, and dry out of the space. They were a friendly hardworking group who were also understanding and accommodating of my allergy issues that could have been triggered by some of the clean up process. Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. So glad we made the call to SERVPRO. Our insurance gave us an option to 3 companies and we made the right call. This team answered our call and immediately went into action protecting us and our home from a leaking damaged roof that led to wet ceilings,walls and just a mess Dan J and his team Rob, Walter and Raheem were professional hardworking gentleman that saw us through our mess and making us feel secure and taken care of.
