Sean McCabe began his career in the restoration industry as a production technician in the family business. After earning a BA from Kutztown University, Sean acquired SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties in 2021. He is actively involved with the franchise's production team, focusing on strategizing for large losses.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, golfing, and spending time with family, friends, and his two dogs.

Owner

Christina McCabe brings years of industry experience to SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour and Sullivan Counties. With experience in industry software programs including Xactimate and Docusketch, Christina specializes in large-loss file administration and processing.

Christina has experience in Real Estate and spent a few years as an Insurance Adjuster giving her experience on both sides of the industry. She is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience paired with proper insurance-supporting documentation to help ensure a smooth claims process for all parties.

Christina heads our reconstruction services and especially enjoys restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition.

Finance Manager

Kristen Carroll oversees all of our finances, including accounting and collections. She has been a dedicated member of our team since the early 10's.

Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She resides in NJ with her husband Brian and their daughter, Gracie. Their household also includes a variety of pets, such as two rescued boxers, chickens, guinea pigs, and fish.

Marketing and Education Coordinator

With a Bachelor’s in Business Communications from Chestnut Hill College, Kara Guerra leads SERVPRO Team McCabe's marketing initiatives, including cultural and community programs as well as all digital marketing efforts. Kara also heads our Continuing Education classes and Lunch and Learns, in addition to managing community sponsorships.

Kara resides in Quakertown with her husband, Steve, and their two children. Their household includes two dogs, two cats, and two snakes—sensing a theme?

Commercial Account Manager 

Ryan Booth heads up our sales department and brings a fresh perspective to SERVPRO with his background in customer service in the restaurant industry. He enjoys building relationships and providing solutions for our customers.

Ryan resides in Quakertown with his fiancée, Brittany, and their black lab, Jet.

Production/Large Loss Manager

As the production manager, Jose leads the production crew with expertise and efficiency. He is instrumental in managing large loss efforts, ensuring that every project is handled with precision and professionalism.

Andrea is a hands-on crew lead specializing in emergency stabilization and biohazard/crime scene cleaning. Known for her detailed approach, she also takes pride in training members of her crew, ensuring they are well-prepared for the demands of the job.

As a crew lead, Tom thrives on being out in the field, working on commercial projects from start to finish. He also enjoys the challenge and adventure of traveling for storm work, making him an integral part of our team.

Keith specializes in apartment and condo cleanings and turnovers, leading his crew with a positive attitude. His expertise and uplifting leadership style ensure every project is completed smoothly and efficiently.

Production Technician 

Scott's positive attitude and smiling face always put customers at ease, making him a valued member of our team. Typically working on Crew Chief Andrea's crew, Scott plays a key role in water extraction and stabilizing emergency calls, all while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie within the company.

Tyler has been a great addition to our production team, bringing years of hands-on experience and a strong work ethic. While his primary role is as a production technician, he’s always ready to step in and help with dropping off pods and dumpsters when needed.

Dillon is a reliable second hand on any crew, bringing his expertise in water extraction to the production team. His ability to step in and support any project ensures smooth and efficient operations on every job.

Contents Technician 

Hailie brings her WRT certification and extensive field experience to the contents department, where she expertly operates the Esporta washing machine. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she ensures everything from firefighter gear to delicate trinkets is restored with care.
