Serve pro came to mitigate my water damage in the basement from a failed laundry pump. Much more extensive than I thought! Denis and Anthony did a terrific and thorough job of getting up all the wet carpet and pad and baseboards. That wasn’t easy since there’s a lot of heavy furniture and other items that were in their way. They even lifted up the bed,which is a box with drawers, off the floor on bricks to make sure the floor under it could dry. Excellent hard workers and very nice guys! I highly recommend.

ServePro Media was recommended by our insurance adjuster. We had a leak from our kitchen down to our basement, Mike was here within a few hours of contacting them with an assessment and had the crew out before the end of the day. Floribel, Dennis, Alex and the whole crew were prompt, courteous and excellent with communication on the whole process. The process was loud, but very effective in drying everything out.
