Donovan F - Crew Chief
Donovan has been in the SERVPRO family for well over 11 years now. Donovan is a leader and enjoys working with his crew. He enjoys being able to help people when times are tough , however, he enjoys HVAC Cleanings the most. He is WRT certified and continues to grow with SERVPRO. He has a laugh that is infectious, and his favorite quote is “ Beam me up, Scotty!” IF he is not working you can find him working out , working on cars , or most of all hanging with his daughter.
Tyler J – Crew Chief
Tyler joined our team almost three years ago . He has continued to learn and grow daily. He is loved by his crew and is a great Leader. He is WRT certified and knows there is more to come as he works his way up the ladder.. Tyler always tries to stay positive, and he rarely says NO. We recently started a New Trash Chute cleaning service where he Eagerly showed initiative to learn. He is a proud father of 2 boys with another boy on the way. Tyler enjoys working with his hands and he is always keeping busy.
Tiffany T - Job File Coordinator
Tiffany joined our team with over 15 years of experience in the insurance field. This is a helpful skill that comes in handy when dealing with insurance companies during the mitigation and reconstruction process. She enjoys learning new things and adapts to whatever is thrown her way. She has a thirst for knowledge. Whether it's dealing with customers , mitigation, recon and even sometimes technology she will always figure it out. Her energy is infectious and she is often our team energizer bunny , she always has a big smile on her face. She is more sweet then she is sassy for sure. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan alongside with her daughter , they enjoy watching all the games together while her young daughter can name almost all the players and their teams. Her favorite saying is she “will get things buttoned up”. Thanks for being a part of our team.
Ezechias C
Ezechias Casseus commonly known as EZ is one of our newest Team Members. Ez comes from Haiti and speaks several languages. He was a temp at another SERVPRO franchise for well over a year before finding SERVPRO of South Philadelphia/SE Delaware County. We are so happy to welcome EZ to our SERVPRO family. While he is known as the funny guy on the job sites, he is a very hard worker and eager to learn and gain more knowledge. Ez’s favorite task so far is Carpet Cleaning and seeing the job when its been completed.

Zachary Alexander-Wright, joined our SERVPRO family in Feb 2023. Zach is a hard worker and enjoys being part of this team, he enjoys working along with his team members. Although he has 1 year in the restoration industry, he wants to continue to grow with us. He enjoys spending time with his nieces and considers himself a family guy. He is a big Lakers fan “Once a Laker, always a Laker”
Shelly McKeon – Office Manager
Shelly brings with her 15+ years of management experience and although she is new to the world of restoration, she is learning so much from her amazing team. As I learn something new everyday, my hope is that I can help my team be the very best as we all work and grow together. A few weeks after we bought our house, a house on the adjacent block exploded. We watched on our security camera as smoke billowed over our house and fire hoses strafed water across the exterior. When the fire department finally let us back in, the interior reeked of smoke. I called SERVPRO, who talked me through what equipment might be necessary and how much it would cost, and then sent some folks over to evaluate our situation the next morning. They checked throughout the interior and used a chemical-reacting sponge to see if there was any soot inside. They found none.
They gave us their professional opinion that it wasn't necessary, and that the lingering smell would likely naturally dissipate. They charged nothing for coming out. They very easily could have sold me on renting a machine to get rid of the remaining smoke smell, but did not. That type of honesty is rare these days, and the peace of mind is comforting. In the (hopefully unlikely!) event that we experience some future disaster, these guys will be the first I call.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you concerning the outstanding customer service demonstrated by two of your employees. Mr. Tim Dorazio and Mr. Jonathan Bowling responded to my mother's residence after a water catastrophe in her home. They were very professional and courteous to my mother who is elderly. They explained the situation where she could grasp the concepts to make informed decisions.
Great communication, detail focused and fantastic customer service from top down. The employees are super friendly and work very hard. They are very clear when explaining what's happening and what needs to be done and why.
Exceptional service, will continue to use them!
