Todd Albers
Todd is our Sales and Marketing Representative. He has a year worth of experience in the Restoration field. A graduate of Kutztown University and a former international Rugby Player.
Jason Babice
Jason is our Construction Operations Manager and has 8 years experience under his belt managing operations for SERVPRO. He has an additional 9 years of project management experience. Jason currently holds the following IICRC certifications: Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and First & Smoke Restoration Technician. He loves spending time with his family and enjoys all sports while also being a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan.
Madeline Caraballo
Madeline has worked over 14 years for SERVPRO. She has worked in every aspect of the company as Administration Assistant, Office Management, Estimator and now as our Construction File Coordinator. Madeline is IICRC certified (WTR), has Xactimate Training and Pack out and Contents Strategies Training. Madeline has several degrees in Music, Liberal Arts and Applied Science. She enjoys photography and spending time with her family and friends especially during the Philadelphia sports games. She has also dedicated her time and energy to the National Kidney Foundation and Love You Mucho Foundation.
Jerome Counts
Jerome is a Production Manager. He oversees and coordinates daily the production processes of our jobs. Jerome has certifications including: Water Removal Technician and Applied Structure Drying. He likes basketball, football and baseball. On his off time he coaches basketball at WeR1 Youth Association and coaches football for Somerton Spartans!
Dan Floirendo
Dan Floirendo is our Senior Production Manger at SERVPRO of Society Hill. Dan has 10 years of restoration experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification: Master Water Restoration Technician, Master Fire Restoration Technician, Master Textile Cleaning Technician. Dan is also a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor & Certified Mold Inspector! On his off time, he loves to camp with his family and hang with his pets.
Edwin Melendez
Edwin is a Production Manager. He oversees job sites and works with our customers to return their properties to preloss conditions.
Alex Morello
Alex, our lead Estimator, joined SERVPRO 4 years ago. He provides our customers with precise price breakdowns using his comprehensive knowledge of remediation and restoration. Alex is also an EPA-certified Lead Dust Technician. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and an avid darts player.
Steve Navan
Steve is a Reconstruction Manager. He is a construction expert with extensive restoration knowledge and building expertise. Since joining our team three years ago, he has restored countless homes and businesses to pre-damage conditions. Steve earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Rowan University and has electrical technical training.
Michael Paparone
Mike is the Owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of Society Hill. He has more than a decade of experience managing operations at SERVPRO. Mike is a Penn State graduate and a big hockey fan.
Sean Sartor
Sean Sartor is one of our Sales and Marketing Representatives. As a Sales Professional, Sean has 20+ years of customer service. He possess a Business Degree from Rutgers University. Sean is a chess enthusiast. Hence, in business I'm always looking at the endgame.
Sean Sormilich
Sean is our Mitigation Operations Manager. He has dedicated over 10 years of hard work to the SERVPRO team. His day-to-day activities include producing estimates, coordinating operations, and overseeing the production of jobs. Sean is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He is an enthusiastic coffee aficionado.

I had just moved into my Philadelphia home and found what appeared to be mold in my basement. SERVPRO of Society Hill came out ran some tests and discovered that indeed it was a mold issue. They sent out a crew the next day and had all the mold removed and cleaned up. Thank You SERVPRO!
I've been trying to find reliable contractors in Philly for a couple of years and finally found them. We ended up using SERVPRO for remediation, mold removal, and restoration, all while working through insurance. We originally called SERVPRO when we had water damage and were out of town. They came out immediately and set up fans to remediate the mold. Special shoutout to Lennon - he was fantastic and really thorough. In that process, we spotted mold when everything was exposed and Jeff immediately came out for an inspection and setting up mold remediation. Afterward, their team put together quick estimates and started on their restoration work. Steve was great and worked hand in hand with our insurance to get everything resolved, making sure that we were well represented. When they didn't have expertise, they recommended other local contractors, all of which have been great - reliable, on-time, and really thorough. This is an appreciation post... thank you to the team over there for making fixing up our old house a relatively painless process!

My family had an unfortunate situation that required professional help. This SERVPRO was very responsive, even though it was a weekend. Chuck provided an estimate quickly and they were able to start the job in a timely manner. There were some unforeseen circumstances that were also taken care of quickly.
Because we were from out of town, it was more difficult but Chuck and his staff provided up to date information.
We were beyond pleased with the treatment and professionalism we received.

As General Manager of Penn Center House, a 432-unit residential high rise in Center City Philadelphia, I have come to use SERVPRO of Society Hill quite often, and with good success. They have assisted with flood damage, water mitigation, fire clean-up, biological/hazard removal, and general labor assistance on one particular occasion. They are available to me 24/7, and have always been prompt in their reaction times (since 90% of my needs of them are urgent). My Sales Rep (Vadim B) is always in touch checking up on our needs, and their paperwork is always in good order to ease insurance claims for me and my residents. They most certainly get 5 stars from me!
The crews did an amazing and thorough job.
After my hot water heater broke SERVPRO of Society Hill responded to my call immediately and had all the water out the same day. The basement floor was dried out within 2 days! All the employees were very informative and professional.
After dealing with an on going mold issue in my home. SERVPRO of Society Hill was able to come out locate the issue and remove the mold and keep it from returning! This was after I had tried another company who failed to keep the mold from returning.
SERVPRO cleaned my entire building to prevent any problems with anyone getting sick. They were very helpful and affordable.
We had some smoke damage in our basement. SERVPRO came and thoroughly cleaned and deodorized our basement. They were absolutely amazing!! They were quick, professional, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend their services!
