Tracy Convery
Tracy Convery is an Estimator and prior to this promotion, she was our Office Manager for seven years! She is quick to learn new processes and helps to make everything run more smoothly at the office! Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and three children.
Lori Fullington
Lori Fullington is our Finance Manager at Team Fabiani. She has been with us since 2013 and she's a wiz with anything finances! Prior to join us at SERVPRO, Lori and her Mother ran a successful lighting business for over 30 years. Lori loves helping customers when they need her help. she's a great team leader!
Scott Fabian
Scott is the Operations Manager for our Franchise and has held this position since 2013. He is a PRO with all things SERVPRO, starting with his exceptional customer-service skills. He is a problem solver and works hard day in and day out. Scott enjoys relaxing at his cabin in the Poconos and enjoys the calm of nature.

Mike Williams
Mike Williams is the Large Loss Project Manager. He has several years of experience in the restoration industry and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):
- Water Removal Technician
- Applied Microbial Remediation
- Applied Structural Drying
- Commercial Drying Specialist
- Fire & Smoke Restoration
- Trauma & Crime Scene, and
- OSHA Training Instructor
Mike is a sports fisherman and will fish anywhere, anytime (with or without a boat)!
Joe Carminati
Joe is Vice President of Commercial and National Accounts. He is a former police officer and has over 28 years of experience in the restoration industry. Joe also serves as a mentor to SERVPRO employees here and at other Franchises in the tri-state area. He is a family man and enjoys his free time with his wife and three daughters.
Marshall Mulloy
Marshall is our Commercial Business Development Manager. He has 30 years of experience in the restoration industry and is the lead for new Commercial Business Development.
He also serves as a mentor to many others at SERVPRO Franchise Operations in the tri-state area.
Marshall is a big Phillies fan and enjoys family time with his wife and children.
Kayleigh Fabian
Kayleigh is our Office Manager. She takes pride in providing good customer service to our clients and has great communications skills.
She has been with the franchise for several years and started out as an Administrative Assistant.
Kayleigh has a smile that lights up the room. We're very happy to have her with us!
