What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning

SERVPRO Spring Garden is awesome. Unfortunately, our hot water heater failed and flooded our finished basement. I called SERVPRO and they came right away and made a very stressful situation much LESS stressful. The tech that came to the house was courteous and knowledgeable - fully explained the mitigation procedures and cleaned up after he was finished. I am so impressed we are also having SERVPRO do the renovation work as well. I highly recommend SERVPRO Spring Garden!!!
When there was a water loss in my house they were great! The kitchen ceiling had as actually fallen, and they showed up within an hour of my call and got the mess cleaned up asap. Also they fixed the ceiling once the dry out was complete. My entire kitchen was better than new in two weeks!
