I was truly impressed and very grateful for all the hard work.  They removed everything, cleaned the foundation, and were extremely polite.

I’m having my bathroom redone and I have a small area of black mold around my toilet. My contractor told me he is fine to remove the mold but I wanted another opinion. I was nervous to call SERVPRO because I figured they would just do what a lot of companies do and create fear around the mold so they can secure the job. But it was anything but that. From the initial woman I spoke with to the technician Chris that called me, they operated with honesty and integrity. I didn’t need to have serve-pro do the job but I would Definitely recommend anyone with a mold concern to give them a call.

I was very pleased with SERVPRO. Jake, Kenny, Rachel, the packing and cleaning crew, dry cleaning and others did a fantastic job in getting my house in order after the fire. Jake always got back to me with any questions that I had and was wonderful in helping to get things done so my family and I could get back to living in my home. I will be using them again in future projects at my home.

I wanted to share with you how pleased - actually, delighted - I was with the job your cleanup crew did on our basement during the last two weeks.

From the moment they arrived, Erica and Andre were as caring and considerate as they were thoroughly professional.  Each day they worked here, they arrived promptly and worked very, very hard.  Our basement contained 40 years worth of accumulated junk (ans a few treasures).  They went through all of it with me, bagged and carried away what I wanted to dispose of, and carefully cleaned the rest.  They wrapped in plastic everything I decided to keep, laid down plastic on the dirt floor of our (until now, hardly used) adjacent coal cellar, and moved and wrapped stuff there, so that now we have a neatly organized, protected storage locker...and a clean empty basement.  And, of course, they cleaned and freshened all the shelves as well as the walls and floor, using a substance that smells delicious (!), so there is no evidence of smoke that had filled our basement during the fire that burned through part of our front porch.  It's not "Like it never even happened." - it's BETTER than it ever was!

Throughout the entire process, Erica and Andre (and also Cree, Nick and Anthony, for one day each) remained friendly and positive... and made what could have been a tearful and traumatic experience for me not only bearable, but actually enjoyable.  They are excellent representatives of SERVPRO, and they confirmed that I chose wisely when I asked my insurance representative to contact SERVPRO of Media for the mitigation work.  I am immensely grateful.

They deserve the highest praise.  (Please share my letter with them...and, if you can, give them a bonus.  They've earned it.)
