Wendy Lavery
Wendy is a seasoned professional, working for SERVPRO franchises for over 14 years. As Office Manager, Wendy does it all - from start to finish and keeps the crews in line. Despite working remotely, it feels like Wendy is right there in the office and always willing to help.
Holly Kane
Holly is our amazing Accounting & HR Administrator. For almost 6 years now, Holly has taken care of all of the accounting, payroll, taxes, financial reports and record keeping for SERVPRO of Levittown. Holly also assists in daily administrative tasks such as job file management, phone handling and weekly reports. Shout out to Holly for keeping our company finances organized and in check!
Dianne (Anne) Kelly
Meet Anne! Anne is our incredible Office Receptionist & Job Dispatcher. Anne has been with SERVPRO for 4 years now and never fails to ease our customers' minds in times of need. Handling our customer calls, job scheduling and customer satisfaction activities, Anne is a vital team member to our daily operations.
Tim Smith
Tim is our fantastic Construction Operations Manager. Tim oversees daily operations of our construction division while ensuring high-quality reconstruction services for ultimate customer satisfaction. Working cross-functionally with our mitigation division, Tim's project management and organizational skills keep our construction jobs on track and done correctly!
Tim has 18 years of construction management experience!
Bill Wise
Bill Wise is an Insurance industry professional with over 30 years of experience in underwriting, operations, information technology, marketing & business development. Bill is currently serving as our Business Development Executive! Our SERVPRO team is proud to honor Bill as he served in the United States Marine Corps and his local community as a member of the Newtown Fire Company for over 15 years.
Alex Donaghy
Alex Donaghy is one of our Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO. With 8 years of restoration experience, Alex has been an outstanding asset to our team. He currently holds the following certifications through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Microbial Remediation Technician, and numerous SERVPRO certifications including Water Training, Fire Training, and Crew Training. Alex is a fan favorite with our customer as he demonstrates quality customer service. He is also a great motivator for the rest of the team.
Rick Schwenke
Rick Schwenke is one of our fantastic Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO. For over 8 years Rick has helped make our workplace a more productive, quality place to work. He currently holds Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certifications (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Microbial Remediation Technician and numerous SERVPRO certifications including: Water Training, Fire Training, and Crew Training. Rick is a crucial part of our production team as he pairs his experience with his leadership skills to produce a quality service time and time again for our customers.
Paul Allen
Paul Allen has been leading our teams as Crew Chief for almost 8 years now! Paul has extensive experience in restoration in both Pennsylvania and Florida, currently holding the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation. Paul uses his experience and training to bring a professional, tactful experience to our customers every day. Paul makes our customers feel at ease, and gets the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

That said, I'd be remiss if I didn't at least send an email saying how excellent Jacob was as a representative of your company and even more so as a person.
He was incredibly supportive in easing our concerns surrounding the overall situation and the process for resolving such. He was also very quick and adaptable to our schedule while being very professional and punctual.
No complaints. I hope to never need your company's help again, but if I do I have no doubt I'd call Jacob first.

After experiencing an oven fire on our manufacturing floor, resulting in our entire facility being covered in soot, we were at a complete loss. Not knowing where to turn or what to do first, just then a representative from SERVPRO showed up at our door, what a blessing.
We met with SERVPRO, discussed the incredible amount of clean-up and restoration we were looking at and how long they thought it would take to complete. After a lot of brainstorming we were able to come up with a plan that would have us operational in 10 days. We all knew this was extremely aggressive, but our customers, employees and their families were counting on us to succeed.
Over the next 10 days SERVPRO had crews here around the clock. As for the amount of work getting completed each day, the plan was so well orchestrated by SERVPRO that at times it looked effortless. The communication was clear and direct, and everyone was on point.
On the 10th day SERVPRO true to their word had us operational. I’m not sure what would have become of our situation if it hadn’t been for the Leadership of Bill Kelly and the SERVPRO team. We are extremely grateful for the guidance provided by the SERVPRO team.

SERVPRO has worked seamlessly in communicating and coordinating with all stakeholders involved, including the fire department, insurance company, and, most of all, my wife and I.
