My basement got flooded on Saturday night March 25th because of heavy rain and a sump pump malfunction. SERVPRO was out fast on Sunday to clean up and make sure nothing molded because my daughter has mold allergies. They were excellent and very professional. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to help with everything for days. Removed all the carpet and sprayed. Crew Chief Chuck Rager took charge of this job and was very professional and helped get my basement cleaned up. Thank you SERVPRO for helping me and GOD Bless. This is a project they (SERVPRO) should be proud of. I had all of these thoughts in my mind and they made it happen and more. 

I actually live in Virginia Beach. We were hit by a hurricane last Saturday and our world was turned upside down. I called SERVPRO who eventually assigned me to Ben's business out of Pa. he was here within days and had his team started. Yes days because that's how bad it is down here: EVERYONE is flooded.

Anyway the guys have been very professional and are doing a wonderful job. It's been hard to not fall apart during this process but everyone has been as kind as they can be. Thank you so much for everything.

Chuck was the Foreman that showed up at my house. I had flooding in my basement and after I called, he was there in his personal car while his workers were getting the vans ready. He showed up within an hour! I am very pleased with everything they did to get everything cleaned up to keep my losses to a minimum!
