Gigi is a Production Technician and has been a valued asset to the franchise since August 2020. She is specialized in detail cleaning. Gigi takes pride in her work and we are glad to have her on our team.

Susan is our Digital Marketer and Content Creator. In Spring of 2018, Susan graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. Susan has five years of experience in marketing Some of her tasks include capturing and editing photos and videos of our projects. In addition, Susan will create content and monitor our social media pages, website and advertisements. She is an active member in the Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she enjoys traveling. Fun fact: she has been to 10 countries.

Dan has worked for SERVPRO since he was 15 years old. He started as a technician and worked his way up to Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, Dan oversees current jobs to ensure they are completed successfully. He also manages and improves customer satisfaction. Dan enjoys working with his staff and proud of their accomplishments.

Nick is a Crew Lead with SERVPRO of Western Lehigh County. He has been with SERVPRO since 2020. From performing work with our Production Managers to running jobs, Nick is a reliable SERVPRO employee and we are thrilled to have him on our team. When Nick is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife.

Brandon has worked at SERVPRO of Allentown & Western Lehigh County for the past three years. He is very dedicated and has several years of experience with mitigation and restoration services. His job responsibilities include but not limited to: completing the work for each job, supervising crew leads and technicians to ensure the work is being completed properly. He has his certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and Project Manager Certified. After work, he spends time with his kids.

Dan is one of our Production Managers at SERVPRO of Allentown and Western Lehigh County. He has been with the company for several years and continues his knowledge in the field by taking courses with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and daughter.

Zach is our Reconstruction Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Zach establishes a rapport with customers and completes paperwork to ensure the job is finished efficiently by our staff. He is Project Manager Certified, Construction Manager Certified and Xactimate Certified. Zach is happily married and has three kids. Outside of work, Zach likes to play baseball and throw darts.

Production Manager, Chris has worked for us for three years. He has been a valuable member of the team and provides superb customer service. Our customers love his great attitude, quick response time and excellent work in getting everything back to preloss condition. He is passionate about his job and is a team player. You can count on Chris and our team, if you experience residential or commercial water, fire, smoke, storm or mold damage. When he is not at SERVPRO, he is spending time with his family. Fun fact about Chris: he was formerly a collegiate football player.

Kyle is our Construction Project Manager. He has years of experience with construction, including 6 years of experience of large scale project management. He is married and owns and operates a horse training and boarding facility!

Franklin is one of our Production Managers. He started as a technician two years ago. When he is not at work, he is playing video games and hanging out with friends.
