Nick Steen's grandfather and father both owned a SERVPRO franchise, so Nick has grown up around the restoration industry. He and his wife have 3 children and have a passion for church, family and the community. His IICRC certifications include: WRT-Water Remediation Technician, ASD-Applied Structural Drying, SRT-Fire & Smoke Restoration, AMRT- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, UFC-Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, CCT-Carpet Cleaning Technician. Jon joined the SERVPRO Family in 2016. He has significant experience in both the restoration and construction industries. Jon has a strong emphasis in making the customer’s needs his highest priority.

Kellie Estrada has been a valuable SERVPRO team member since 2010 and is an integral part of our operations here. She assists our contents Project Managers throughout the entire job process, from building initial estimates to final billing.

Kellie spent her first 7 years here as the Project Manager for the fire damage restoration crew, and has worked as the Estimator/ Auditor for both the Fire and Water Restoration Departments. Prior to accepting her position with SERVPRO, she had a career in cosmetology, and she continues to pursue that passion in her free time.

Kellie was born in Newport Beach, California, but has spent most of her life in the Portland area. She and her husband have 3 children. They enjoy camping, horseback riding, dirt bikes, fishing, boating and spending time together. Kellie is an IICRC certified technician in Fire & Smoke as well as Odor.

Contents Assistant Project Manager

Crew Chief | Commercial Large Loss Division (CLLD)

Lucas has been with SERVPRO of Northwest Portland for 5 years and has proved to be a capable, valuable team member. As a Crew Chief with the Commercial Large Loss Division, Lucas supports our project management team by overseeing daily operations on a project site, including work crews and job data collection.

In his time with SERVPRO of Northwest Portland, Lucas has travelled the country with our Disaster Recovery Team to assist communities affected by severe storm damage and natural disasters. His time with the DRT enables him to best handle large loss incidents for our commercial clients.

When Lucas isn’t performing valuable restoration services on behalf of SERVPRO, he enjoys relaxing outdoors with friends and family.

Gabe is responsible for directing our water damage crews and keeping the job on schedule. He is the liaison between the onsite crew and our Project Managers. Gabe is an IICRC certified water damage restoration technician. He is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and he has lived in the Portland area for the last 3 years. On his days off, Gabe enjoys making music and spending time with his wife and two children. It is apparent that Gabe truly loves what he does. His positive attitude and work ethic always adds a big boost to morale and productivity and he is well liked by customers and coworkers alike.

Priority Response, Sales & Marketing Manager | Commercial Large Loss Division (CLLD)

Race has been with SERVPRO of Tigard / Tualatin / Lake Oswego / West Linn and Beaverton for 4 years. As the Priority Response Manager, Race leads his team by working alongside them in the field as an active Priority Responder. With the help of his team, Race has helped countless families and commercial property owners navigate the fire and water restoration process, and continues to do so to this day.

In 2020, Race expanded his role at SERVPRO of Tigard / Tualatin / Lake Oswego / West Linn and Beaverton to lead the Sales & Marketing department in addition to his responsibilities with Priority Response. As a combined department under his leadership, they are better able to meet our clients’ needs and build relationships in our community.

A native Oregonian, Race was born and raised in The Dalles, Oregon. Prior to his work in restoration, Race worked in the insurance industry for 5 years, as well as a logistics officer in the Air Force for 6 years. Race enjoys disk golf, baseball and weight training, as well as coaching team sports. His experience in team sports has played well into his professional life. Race has a passion for helping people get their lives back together, making him a perfect fit for our SERVPRO team.

Senior Priority Responder | Commercial Large Loss Division (CLLD)

Martin Schwarzbach joined our franchise at the beginning of 2018 and has quickly become a key player on our Priority Response Team. Martin is one of the first to respond to a fire or water emergency. When responding to emergency fire restoration incidents, he is responsible for residential and commercial board ups and other emergency restoration services. Martin works with our residential clients to establish the initial claim, guiding the homeowner through the restoration process and providing necessary guidance for navigating recovery after an emergency fire event at their residence.

Martin works closely with our CLLD team and works as a client resource liaison to ensure our commercial clients receive the best possible service during their restoration process. He emphasizes consistent and transparent communication with all his clients, and will go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of.

He grew up in Mosier, Oregon and has raised 6 children. Martin’s work as an agent in the insurance industry has given him an edge in our industry. Martin is an IICRC certified fire restoration technician. When he is not working with us, Martin enjoys traveling with his wife Julie as well as hiking, camping and all things water related. He is an advocate for the customer and enjoys helping people in crisis put their lives back together.

He assists the team with emergency board up and helps with customer follow up as well as communication between the department, management and the insurance company. In addition to his position with the PR department, Cameron also assists the marketing team as needed.

Cameron grew up in SE Portland and love his hometown. Helping people in their time of need is very important to Cameron, making him a perfect fit for the priority response department.
