What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.

What a hectic 3 days! and in the midst of it all we have been cared for by a business, SERVPRO SE Portland, that deals with more than just the 'bottom dollar.' With a new baby due any day, SERVPRO SE Portland came in on a Monday morning, even though they already had jobs for the day. After giving us the information we needed, they left to do their other job. Then they came back in the evening to do our work so we could get the restoration done and have our house ready, as soon as possible, in order to be ready to bring home our new baby.
My only frustration was the company getting back to me quickly with answers to questions and updates on progress. This was frustrating at the time, however I realize that they were adding me into a busy schedule which meant they were also trying to deal with others' crises as well.
We appreciate their care for our situation and making sacrificial accommodations on our behalf. I recommend SERVPRO SE Portland based on their SERVice to us and our stressful/emotional needs and their PROfessional work.
