Tim McGinnis is the president. He has over 25 years of experience in the restoration industry, and 15 years’ experience in carpentry industry. Tim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, Odor Control, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Subrogation 1, Subrogation 2, Introduction to Mold, Bio technician and commercial Drying Specialist. Tim is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Tim is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery.

Tim enjoys outdoor sports, such as bowhunting, and spending time with his family, and golden retriever.

Nick McGinnis is an Owner and acting General Manager of SERVPRO of Benton County / SERVPRO of Linn County/ SERVPRO of Lincoln/ SERVPRO of Polk/ SERVPRO of Salem West. Nick has over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry. Nick holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, commercial Drying Specialist, Trauma and Crime scene cleanup, Heath and Safety, Odor, Subrogation, and has gone through Introduction to Mold. Nick is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Nick is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery. Nick has participated in Storm Response to New Mexico, North Dakota, New York, New Jersey, California (3 separate times) and Portland.

Nick enjoys bow hunting, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Monica serves as the Director of Administration for Team McGinnis. With several years of management experience and a strong background in the restoration industry, Monica is a key and invaluable member of our team.

Her exceptional organizational skills and focus on efficiency ensure that operations run seamlessly. Her dedication and leadership have been instrumental in driving the continued growth and success of McGinnis Enterprises.

Monica is deeply committed to customer service and sets a strong example of excellence in her leadership of our office. Her contributions are invaluable to our team and the success of the company.

Lead Project Manager Construction Division:

Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Title: Fire & Content Manager

Jessica has been at SERVPRO for 7.5 years. She is IICRC certified and highly skilled in Fire Restoration & Content Restoration.

Jessica excels in leading her team. She also oversees each job meticulously and with care. Her dedication and work ethic has made her a valuable part of the SERVPRO family.

Outside of SERVPRO: Jessica enjoys cooking, and loves relaxing at home with her family.

Maria Alvarez has been part of our Fire Restoration Crew here at SERVPRO of Salem West for the past 20 years.

Maria’s steadfast work ethic, kindness to everyone she encounters, and exemplary attention to detail has made her a role model and a great asset to our franchise.

Outside of SERVPRO: Maria has two daughters and they all enjoy rocking out to various Spanish songs. Maria also enjoys walking and camping in the great outdoors.

Title: Fire Crew Chief & Carpet Cleaning Technician

Aaron has been a part of the SERVPRO of Salem West family for over a year now.

Whether he is cleaning after a fire, restoring carpets to their original luster, or helping out within our SERVPRO warehouse, Aaron has proven to be a great addition to the SERVPRO team.

Outside of SERVPRO: Aaron enjoys hanging out and reading a wide variety of books.

Jon is a Project Manager for our Reconstruction Department

Jon has extensive experience in the carpentry field with over 20 years in the industry.

Job Title: Repairs Specialist

Darryl has brought an enormous amount of experience and skill to our repairs crew over the past year.

He has 30 years in the construction business and his experience can see a job through from start to finish.

Outside of SERVPRO: Darryl enjoys hiking, catching up on his sleep, and eating his favorite foods.

Mark Walden is part of our growing repairs team here at SERVPRO of Salem West.

Mark has been part of our team for the last 6 months, but has over 10 years in the industry.

Outside of SERVPRO: Mark enjoys getting some relaxation in.

Ray moved here from New York and has been with our SERVPRO for over a year. Ray is currently one of our Water Leads and working on becoming a Crew Chief. Ray has completed all his SERVPRO U training (100 series and 200 series) and is CSTOP certified. He has won employee of the month 2 times this past year. Ray has been around construction industry for most of his life and feels comfortable in his abilities.

When asked why he stays with our company, he stated, I love the structure of the company and how its being managed… This company makes me feel comfortable and accepted.

Outside of work he enjoys outdoor activities, Action Movies, Video Games and Sports.

Aaron is a Lead Technician, he has been working in the mitigation industry for over a year and before that was in property management upkeep.

Outside of work Aaron enjoys working on his home and spending time with is wife and grandchild.

Jon Grainer is a dedicated Project Manager in the MRC department at SERVPRO. With his extensive experience and expertise in carpentry and remodeling, Jon effectively leads projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality results for clients.

Outside of work, Jon finds fulfillment in his role as a father and cherishes spending time with his family.

His multifaceted skills, coupled with his dedication to his different life roles, make Jon a reliable and valuable member of the SERVPRO team.

Raluca is an enthusiastic Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO. With a background in the medical field, Raluca brings a unique perspective and attention to detail to her role. A valued member of the SERVPRO team, she is embracing opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills in the restoration industry.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Raluca finds joy in a variety of hobbies including archery, crocheting and crafting.

Macie is a business development representative servicing area of Salem, Monmouth, Independence, Dallas and Lincoln Cities. Macie is a licensed schoolteacher and found she wanted to do more for her community. She enjoys being able to bring awareness to her community about our services. Outside of work Macie enjoys gardening and exploring the PNW.
