Joe has been part of our SERVPRO of Hillsboro / Forest Grove for one year and is one of our trained and trusted Water Crew Chiefs.

As an avid gun enthusiast, Joe loves to teach people how to safely use and handle firearms and the proper procedures. When not working Joe enjoys being out in the woods and spends time hunting any chance he can.

As an animal lover, Joe believes that a house is not a home without a dog or two. That is one of the many reasons Joe has 3 pups at home and is always open to adding more to the family.

Linda Chavez

Linda has been part of our SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties family for ten years. Linda is one of our Crew Chiefs and brings years of experience and knowledge along with being Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician.

Linda loves to spend time outside of work with her family on the Oregon Coast playing in the sand, waves, and all that the North Coast has to offer. Linda is fascinated with classic cars and loves to spend weekends at car shows picking out her dream cars. Linda is a cleaning machine, if she is not at work cleaning she also likes to make sure her home is kept spotless and spends time keeping her home sparkling.

Efren Hernandez

Efren is an important SERVPRO of Hillsboro / Forest Grove team member who has been with us for four years. Efren is one of our qualified, trained and trusted Water Technicians.

Efren finds joy in helping customers and that shines through his work every day. Efren is someone who truly loves coming into work each and every day knowing that each day will be different and full of adventures and challenges.

Efren is the jokester of the team and loves pulling pranks on his fellow SERVPRO of Hillsboro / Forest Grove teammates. His main goal after helping customers is working to develop positive relationships with his colleagues and customers.

Benito Abad-Rodriguez

Benito has been an important part of our SERVPRO of Hillsboro/Forest Grove family for nine years. Benito is a duel trained technician who specializes in both water damage and fire damage with over 13 years of experience in the industry.

Benito has been trained in all SERVPRO aspects and has worked with SERVPRO of Hillsboro/Forest Grove in both water damage, fire damage, and even biohazard cleanup jobs. Benito is an invaluable team member and takes the worry and concern putting them at ease.

Maura Cortes

Maura has been part of our SERVPRO of Hillsboro / Forest Grove family for one year. Maura is one of our trained and trusted Fire Technician.

Maura competes with Griselda for most sociable employee, you will never catch her in a bad mood.

Maura created an impromptu teambuilding activity by inviting all of our employees to her daughters Quinceañera. Our team had a blast celebrating alongside Maura and her family.

Starting originally as a temporary employee at SERVPRO of Hillsboro/Forest Grove Maura proved herself during a large loss with her hardwood and positive attitude.

Yolanda Garfias

Yolanda has been with our SERVPRO of Hillsboro / Forest Grove team for four years and is one of our incredibly talented, trained, and trusted Fire Technicians.

Yolanda dreams of returning to Mexico where she was born and plans to once her home is being built. SERVPRO of Hillsboro/ Forest Grove environment is more fun for all of us because of Yolanda and her desire to make work as stress-free for her fellow teammates as possible.

Nick McGinnis is an Owner and acting General Manager of SERVPRO of Benton County / SERVPRO of Linn County/SERVPRO Salem West/SERVPRO Lincoln & Polk Counties/SERVPRO of Hillsboro & Forest Grove/SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties. Nick has over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry. Nick holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, commercial Drying Specialist, Trauma and Crime scene cleanup, Heath and Safety, Odor, Subrogation, and has gone through Introduction to Mold. Nick is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Nick is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery. Nick has participated in Storm Response to New Mexico, North Dakota, New York, New Jersey, California (3 separate times) and Portland.

Nick enjoys bow hunting, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Jenn is the Business Development Manager & Production Coordinator. She comes to us as a previous marketing manager. Prior to that she worked 15 years in the insurance industry. She is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Very attentive to customers' needs and always ready to help! She is IICRC Certified in Water & Fire. In her off time, she enjoys her family, fury animals, fishing, adventures, volunteering and is Keizer Chamber Board Director.

Monica McGinnis has been involved with the company since the beginning, 13 years ago. She has been working part-time since the 2020 and has moved into the Office Manager position.

Outside of work Monica enjoys photography, crafting, riding motorcycles, hunting, shooting, and spending time with family and friends.
