Matthew Wick is a Billing Specialist for SERVPRO of Coos, Curry and Del Norte Counties. Matthew has been trained on all of our programs and policies on how to handle all of the different files, tests and approvals for mitigation. Matthew is also learning how the collections process works. Matthew handles phones and estimates and enjoys working with the SERVPRO team.

Alicia Pinedo
Alicia is an Owner, Office manager, Billing Specialist, and a Debt Collector for SERVPRO of Coos, Curry and Del Norte Counties. Alicia is the driving force to make sure that daily business runs smoothly and that all complication are dealt with and handled with care.
Isaiah Osbon
Isaiah is a Water Technician with SERVPRO. Isaiah is experienced in Pack out of contents, water removal, demolition, setting up equipment, taking equipment down and monitoring equipment . Isaiah is a very helpful employee and is always willing to work.

Tyler is a Water Technician and is an amazing addition to the SERVPRO team. Tyler is reliable and hard working, he also is always willing to jump in where ever he can to lend a hand. Tyler's attitude and experience makes him a valuable addition and team member.
Pedro Madaleno Perez
Pedro is one of our Fire Technicians. Pedro is an asset to the team, as he has taken on many different scopes of work outside of his field. Pedro is not afraid to ask questions to make sure that the job gets done right, and he is always willing to help by volunteering to work in the crawl spaces. Pedro brings a good attitude to work and he is is always willing to learn.

Steve Pinedo has a long history in the restoration industry beginning in 1989 in San Diego where he started his first restoration and cleaning business. Steve’s long history in the industry has given him an extensive amount of experience into the evolution of this industry and has allowed him to experience all the changes and developments of the industry firsthand.
