Tim McGinnis
Tim McGinnis is the president of SERVPRO of Benton County / SERVPRO of Linn County. He has over 25 years of experience in the restoration industry, and 15 years’ experience in carpentry industry. Tim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, Odor Control, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Subrogation 1, Subrogation 2, Introduction to Mold, Bio technician and commercial Drying Specialist. Tim is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Tim is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery.
Tim enjoys outdoor sports, such as bowhunting, and spending time with his family, and golden retriever.
Nick McGinnis
Nick McGinnis is an Owner and acting General Manager of SERVPRO of Benton County / SERVPRO of Linn County. Nick has over 17 years of experience in the restoration industry. Nick holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, commercial Drying Specialist, Trauma and Crime scene cleanup, Heath and Safety, Odor, Subrogation, and has gone through Introduction to Mold. Nick is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Nick is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery. Nick has participated in Storm Response to New Mexico, North Dakota, New York, New Jersey, California (3 separate times) and Portland.
Nick enjoys bow hunting, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Matt McGinnis
Matt McGinnis:
Lead Project Manager Construction Division:
Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.
Monica McGinnis
Monica serves as the Director of Administration for Team McGinnis. With several years of management experience and a strong background in the restoration industry, Monica is a key and invaluable member of our team.
Her exceptional organizational skills and focus on efficiency ensure that operations run seamlessly. Her dedication and leadership have been instrumental in driving the continued growth and success of McGinnis Enterprises.
Monica is deeply committed to customer service and sets a strong example of excellence in her leadership of our office. Her contributions are invaluable to our team and the success of the company.
Jenn Benaividez
Jenn is the Business Development Manager & Production Coordinator. She comes to us as a previous marketing manager. Prior to that she worked 15 years in the insurance industry. She is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Very attentive to customers' needs and always ready to help! She is IICRC Certified in Water & Fire. In her off time, she enjoys her family, fury animals, fishing, adventures, volunteering and Netflix.
Sonia Lundquist
Sonia has been with the company for over 2 years. Sonia have been the very definition of a team player: Wherever she is needed, she’ll go smiling. Although she started as an Admin Assistant, she moved to our Fire, Packout, Cleaning division during the COVID-19 crisis. She has moved back to the Admin Assistant position. Sonia as started the certification process for SERVPRO’s Hero Ready training along with continued training from SERVPROS LMS (Learning Management System).
When asked why she stays with the company she stated: The environment, the family feel & mission of the company.
Outside of work, Sonia loves to garden, paint, play games with family and she is a full-time student.
Jessica Shuur
Jess has been with SERVPRO for over a year. She is Currently one of our Job file coordinators, proficient in Xactimate and drybook. She is an outstanding team player, Despite being a remote employee. Accreditations: Fire technician 101, Water restoration 101,Xactimate level 100,200,300,Commercial Restoration 101,Production restoration 101
When asked why she stays with our company, she stated, I choose to stay because of the family atmosphere and I think it's a great company to be a part of.
I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work remotely, after only working with them for a few months, after moving 1800+ miles away.Outside of work, Jess enjoys: A few of my hobbies are painting/crafting, collecting Funko's, and spending time with my family.
Kesha Hernandez
Kesha has been with SERVPRO for over a year. Kesha is currently our Water Crew Chief. She is IICRC Water Certified and has gone through all the SERVPRO U training (100 series and 200 series). She is Lead Renovator Certified and CSTOP certified. This past year she was nominated by her peers for employee of the month 5 times. She was named Employee of the Year 2021.
When asked why she stays with our company, she stated, the Culture and the pleasure of helping people in their times of need... Being someone's Hero.
Outside of work she enjoys the Outdoors, art and music. Kesha has the heart to help!
Raymond Murray
Ray moved here from New York and has been with our SERVPRO for over a year. Ray is currently one of our Water Leads and working on becoming a Crew Chief. Ray has completed all his SERVPRO U training (100 series and 200 series) and is CSTOP certified. He has won employee of the month 2 times this past year. Ray has been around construction industry for most of his life and feels comfortable in his abilities.
When asked why he stays with our company, he stated, I love the structure of the company and how its being managed… This company makes me feel comfortable and accepted.
Outside of work he enjoys outdoor activities, Action Movies, Video Games and Sports.
Tanner W.
Tanner has been with SERVPRO for over a Year. Tanner has completed all his SERVPRO U training (100 series and 200 series) and is CSTOP certified.
When asked why he stays with our company, he stated: The family aspect of everyone is why he is here and wants to continue to be here.

Woody has been around the Construction industry for 30 years and the restoration industry for 12 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He has been with McGinnis Enterprises for 12 years.
When Woody was asked by he stays with the company he stated: Family orientated company, I like the people and the company's vision.

Justin Lundquist

Justin has been with the company for over 2 years. In his time with us, he has worked as a Carpenter Technician, Assistant Project Manager and recently moved into the Construction estimator position.
When Justin was asked why he stays with the company he stated: I stay here because of the owners take ownership of our entire operation, leading us to a successful future.

Dave has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has been with the company for 12 years. In his time with us, he has worked as a Water Technician, Water Crew Chief, Carpenter Technician, Lead Carpenter and recently moved into the Working Foreman position.

Randy has been with the company for over 7 years. In his time with us, he has worked as Water Technician, Water Lead, Water Crew Chief, Construction Technician and is currently a Carpenter Lead who specializes in Drywall and textures.

Josh is a skilled Water Technician at SERVPRO, bringing expertise in farming, rancing, water well drilling, and strong people skills from his experience in food service.
Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, hunting, shooting, slow pitch softball, and hiking.
Josh is an asset to our team, providing excellent water restoration services!
Randy Cook
Randy is a skilled and versatile Lead Foreman in the Reconstruction Department at SERVPRO. From framing to finish, Randy excels in various tasks, including matching textures and drywall work. With a journey of starting with an position available to his current leadership role, Randy's dedication and expertise shine through.
During his leisure time, he goes steelhead fishing, spends time with his family, off-roading adventures, cooking and tending to home repairs.
Randy's wide range of skills and diverse interests make him an invaluable member of the SERVPRO team.
Elias Nico Blasier
Niko is a dedicated water technician at SERVPRO, specializing in water restoration and mitigation. With a keen eye for detail. Niko plays a vital role in resolving water-related issues for clients.
Outside of work Niko enjoys to spend his free time playing video games, fishing, and spending time with his family.
With his strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction, Niko is a wonderful asset to the SERVPRO team.
Victor Lopez Jr.
Victor is a skilled experienced water lead at SERVPRO, leading a dedicated team in water restoration and mitigation efforts. With his comprehensive knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and exceptional leadership abilities, Victor ensures and projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. his meticulous approach, combined with his strong problem solving skills, allows him to effectively navigate complex water damage scenarios and provide optimal solutions for clients.
In Victor's free time he enjoys watching baseball and eating cheesecake.
Beth Graves
Beth is a valuable member of the SERVPRO team, serving as an office administrator. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Beth ensures the smooth operation of the office and provides essential support to the entire SERVPRO team.
Beyond her role in the office, she enjoys engaging in creative activities in playing music. As well as showcasing her well-rounded personality going on hikes with friends and family.
Jessica Billetter
Jessica is a dedicated warehouse operations clerk at SERVPRO, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouse operations. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Jessica efficiently manages inventory, tracks shipments, and assists with logical coordination. Her ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks ensures that supplies and equipment are readily available for projects.
In Jessica's free time she enjoys spending precious time with her beautiful family. As well as playing video games, and going fishing.
Corey Perrigan
Corey is our business development representative for Corvallis, Albany, Philomath, Harrisburg and surrounding areas. Corey is devoted to assisting those in need and bringing awareness to our communities about our services. Outside of work Corey enjoys hiking, exploring and spending time with his family.
Kevin Fandrem
Kevin is one of our business development representatives servicing Brownsville, Sweethome, Lebanon, Albany and surrounding areas. He is a licensed insurance agent and volunteer fire fighter. Kevin's heart to help shines daily throughout our communities. On his off time, he enjoys time with his family and friends.
Amber Flamand
Amber Flamand is our Business Development Support Coordinator, working out of both our Benton/Linn County and Salem-West offices. She enjoys helping others be their personal best. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 sons and taking in the Great Outdoors.

About Us
SERVPRO of Benton/Linn County started in June 2009 by Tim and Nick McGinnis. The McGinnis Family started SERVPRO of Benton County because they saw a need to help property owners after damage had happened to their homes. They have quickly grown acquiring SERVPRO Salem West/ SERVPRO Polk & Lincoln Counties/SERVPRO of Hillsboro & Forest Grove/ SERVPRO of Yamhill & Tillamook Counties. Now known as "SERVPRO TEAM MCGINNIS".
We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, and water damage. Tim and Nick alone have over 50 years of experience combined in the restoration industry. Additionally, we have an in-house construction company, McGinnis Restoration and Construction.
Our Staff is highly trained in the property damaged restoration. They receive constant training from SERVPRO corporate. Our employees that work out in the field are IICRC certified and have taken their ECPTS.
McGinnis Enterprises employees over 150+ people from all over the mid-valley area. The McGinnis family is very active in the mid-valley community, and over the years have helped in many organizations to raise money for those in need. They believe in giving back strongly whenever they can.
