Not knowing what we were facing in terms of cleanup after our sewage backed up into our basement and had to sit for 2 weeks while we waited for another company to come in and fix the broken sewage line, we contacted SERVPRO. To my surprise, Tim had all his equipment with him and was able to start the job immediately. The quality of the job was amazing and we really cannot thank him enough for helping to make our home feel like home again. He came back to check on the drying progress twice to ensure things were going well and came to pick up his equipment once he confirmed the job was complete.
