I do not live in this house 10 months out of the year, as I work on oil pipelines out west, but I have renters living here. I received a call from them at 6am saying they had found a foot of water in my basement overnight and did not know how to handle it. I called SERVPRO of Barrie and they not only responded immediately but they were super friendly and professional and made sure to take extra care keeping my house clean while they performed their work. They were in and out quickly and my renters were extremely happy with the quick response time.
