Response time in a crisis is crucial and SERVPRO had a team dispatched to our site within 30 minutes.
They were professional and organized and did everything they could to mitigate any further damage including protection of areas surrounding our loss - surrounding hallways and the stairwell. They also made sure to protect and box up other belongings in the area to keep them out of the way of the mess and accounted for.
They took time to explain the process and make sure we were comfortable each step of the way.
They have followed up multiple times to make sure the job is complete and we’re happy with their services.
They were there when we really needed them!!
Jordan Kelley took a look and said his crew could clean up a rather stained carpet (only a few years old) we were considering replacing. Ace and his helper showed up on time and just in a short time had the carpet looking great! Ace is top notch, fast, efficient and knows his business. Thanks Ace, Jordan and crew for a fantastic job and at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend SERVPRO and will call on them again!
