Jane Rogaliner
Jane is our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry. Jane is responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts for our Northern Ohio offices. Her experience, strong work ethic and dedication makes her a great asset to our North Coast Team.
Carol Lukes
Carol is our Office Manager and has been a part of the SERVPRO team for 27 years. She is certified in Odor control, Water damage restoration, Fire & Smoke damage restoration and Carpet cleaning. Carol is responsible for the smooth running of our office. From intake of phone calls, job management, job scheduling and customer satisfaction it is her goal to keep SERVPRO of the North Coast organized and performing at its best.
James Jordan
James is our Production Manager. James is with us having 20 years experience in the restoration industry. He is responsible for the running of jobs and the controlling of crews. James inspects losses, scopes jobs, estimates jobs and ensures all procedures are properly executed to SERVPRO standards. He is IICRC WRT certified, Applied Structural Drying certified and Lead certified. James’ knowledge and personality are a great addition here at SERVPRO of the North Coast.
Beverly Doughty
Beverly is our Project Manager. Her responsibilities include estimating construction projects and managing projects until completed. Beverly's above and beyond customer services skills, strong work ethic and dedication to SERVPRO makes her a great asset to our team.
Matt Unsdorfer
Matt is our newest Repair Estimator. He joins our SERVPRO Team after spending almost 10 years as a Property Adjuster for Nationwide. Matt's in-depth knowledge of the insurance claims process teamed with his residential construction experience makes him a strong addition to our organization.
Morgan Roth
Morgan is our Administrative Assistant. She has been a part of our SERVPRO Team for almost 6 months. Morgan is dedicated to learning the SERVPRO business. With her positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills, she is a great addition to our SERVPRO Team.
Jack Tansey
Jack is a construction Project Manager and joined our SERVPRO of The North Coast team in January 2019. He brings 25 years of experience in construction. Jack manages construction projects from estimating loss to completion and customer's satisfaction.
David Bansek
SERVPRO of The North Coast welcomes Dave to our construction team. Dave has 16 years’ experience in the construction. His dry wall, painting and overall punch out skills will be a great asset to our team.
Mike Caraski
Mike is one of our Production Technicians. He works hard every day to learn the SERVPRO business. Mike's positive attitude and dedication is a great asset while serving our customers.
Moises Segara
Moises is one of our Production Assistants. He has been a part of our SERVPRO of The North Coast Production team for 6 months. With his exceptional work ethic and can do attitude, Moises is a great addition to our team.

Marcus Pruitt

Thank you SERVPRO for getting rid of the mold damage in my lower level of my home. Sam made sure all the equipment was nice an organized. Sam took his job very seriously and his professionalism was outstanding.
Outstanding response, outstanding customer service, everything you could ask for in a home emergency situation. We had a high pressure pipe burst in our basement, soaking a large storage shelf area and leaving 1"-2" of standing water in half the finished basement. SERVPRO of the North Coast was our second call (after a plumber!) and they were here with a full crew in a little over an hour. They went right to work and stayed with it until the standing water was gone and water-damaged items were inspected and removed to their truck. Dehumidifiers and fans were installed throughout the basement and over the next five days (weekend included!) they came and checked the basement and made necessary adjustments. We can't say enough about the SERVPRO crew members that came to our rescue---prompt, polite, hard working and knowledgeable. A great company with great folks. Thanks!
