Jane is our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry. Jane is responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts for our Northern Ohio offices. Her experience, strong work ethic and dedication makes her a great asset to our North Coast Team.

Carol is our Office Manager and has been a part of the SERVPRO team for 27 years. She is certified in Odor control, Water damage restoration, Fire & Smoke damage restoration and Carpet cleaning. Carol is responsible for the smooth running of our office. From intake of phone calls, job management, job scheduling and customer satisfaction it is her goal to keep SERVPRO of the North Coast organized and performing at its best.

James is our Production Manager. James is with us having 20 years experience in the restoration industry. He is responsible for the running of jobs and the controlling of crews. James inspects losses, scopes jobs, estimates jobs and ensures all procedures are properly executed to SERVPRO standards. He is IICRC WRT certified, Applied Structural Drying certified and Lead certified. James’ knowledge and personality are a great addition here at SERVPRO of the North Coast.

Beverly is our Project Manager. Her responsibilities include estimating construction projects and managing projects until completed. Beverly's above and beyond customer services skills, strong work ethic and dedication to SERVPRO makes her a great asset to our team.

Matt is our newest Repair Estimator. He joins our SERVPRO Team after spending almost 10 years as a Property Adjuster for Nationwide. Matt's in-depth knowledge of the insurance claims process teamed with his residential construction experience makes him a strong addition to our organization.

Morgan is our Administrative Assistant. She has been a part of our SERVPRO Team for almost 6 months. Morgan is dedicated to learning the SERVPRO business. With her positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills, she is a great addition to our SERVPRO Team.

Jack is a construction Project Manager and joined our SERVPRO of The North Coast team in January 2019. He brings 25 years of experience in construction. Jack manages construction projects from estimating loss to completion and customer's satisfaction.

SERVPRO of The North Coast welcomes Dave to our construction team. Dave has 16 years’ experience in the construction. His dry wall, painting and overall punch out skills will be a great asset to our team.

Mike is one of our Production Technicians. He works hard every day to learn the SERVPRO business. Mike's positive attitude and dedication is a great asset while serving our customers.

Moises is one of our Production Assistants. He has been a part of our SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County Production team for 6 months. With his exceptional work ethic and can do attitude, Moises is a great addition to our team.

Christian is one of our Crew Assistants. He has been a part of our SERVPRO team for a month. Christian is working hard to learn the SERVPRO business. Christian is dedicated, making him a great asset to our team.

Marcus is our Carpenter on our SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County Team. He joins our team with an abundance of experience in the carpentry industry. With Marcus' experience and strong diligence he is a great asset to our SERVPRO Team.

Matt has been a part of our SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County Team for almost a year. He is dedicated to learning the SERVPRO business. With Matt's positive attitude and strong work ethic he is a great addition to our SERVPRO Team.
