We had a flexible line on a second-floor bathroom sink fail at a rental property. Ruined the vanity, the bathroom floor, the kitchen ceiling, and the kitchen flooring. SERVPRO was out the next day to evaluate, had a contract ready, and were back out demoing and drying things out within a few hours. They had all the demolition complete within a day, then left fans and dehumidifiers for several days to dry things out. At every step they explained the process, expectations of damage, what they planned on doing to kill potential mold growth and investigate the extent of water damage. A great experience. Hats off to Alex and Joe.

In 2000, Maureen Gentile, purchased the franchise SERVPRO® of Northwest Stark County and joined her father owner of SERVPRO® of West Akron.
