Michal began her journey with SERVPRO in 1996, and has since expanded her franchise group to 12 across the Cleveland Toledo areas. Her passion and family-based ownership style has created a strong team culture and work ethic amongst her employees.

Dennis Fosdick is the Vice President of Operations at SERVPRO of Northern Lorain Co.

Dennis has been with the company since 2000, joining the family business and following his mom's footsteps. Dennis oversees the day to day operations of our crews across 12 franchises in Northeast Ohio.

He has traveled across the country to help those in need, and puts his whole heart into caring for the community around him.

Elizabeth "Buffy" Kajack is a Fire Project Manager at SERVPRO of Northern Lorain Co.

Buffy has been with us since 2009. She is IICRC certified for water, fire and applied structural drying.
