SERVPRO was highly recommended by our insurance adjuster as the most reliable and outstanding contractor to replace our wooden floors. This included pulling out and resetting all the existing kitchen cabinetry and appliances in the kitchen. The project manager's oversight and attention to detail was outstanding. His priority was our customer satisfaction. He and his team delivered superior results. Our floors and living areas looks as if there was never a water damage.

Thank you and everyone else for the not only fixing the damage, but also exceeding my expectations in resolving the issues with my siding.

I used SERVPRO in conjunction with a claim through my Nationwide home owner’s insurance. They handled everything from start to finish and did a terrific job. Kevin, our Production Manager, was amazing. Always quick to respond to our questions, proactively let us know what was happening next, worked around our schedule, arrived on time, and the list goes on. I hope I never have to call on them again but if I do they will definitely have my business.

I was very impressed with the excellent service I received, from the time Ken Parker came to my house to give me an estimate, to the time Devlin and Michael arrived at my house which was a few hours later to start the job. Everything was moved in the basement and returned to its place after the job was completed. They worked continuously and didn't stop until the job was finished. I received calls as to when they would arrive and when the follow-up check would be done. They were meticulous and very nice to deal with and the basement looks as good as new!

Kudos to SERVPRO! Our finished basement was flooded due to excess rain and roots in the main sewer line. Local agents were overwhelmed with calls, seve pro called out for extra help. We had delightful professionals arrive at our home here in Gahanna from neither Ohio! What a blessing! Cannot give your company enough praise...knowledgeable, professional, helpful, kind, caring, effecient, etc. A simple "thank you"to these individuals seems inadequate....but our appreciation is truly heartfelt. Please convey this to all those involved with our water issue. Definitely a dedicated customer (although I hope not to have to call you again!) and we will certainly recommend you to anyone needing your expertise!
