These guys go above and beyond what’s expected! Dre and Jake take pride in their work. When they came out to my house they were very respectful, and knowledgeable. They came to clean up a mess Prior to what another company left behind, they did a beautiful tremendous job, very professional. they did an awesome job protecting my floors and respecting my home, would definitely recommend Servpro for future jobs. About Our Owners

Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson partnered to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
