Clark Walker
As Operations & Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Jackson & Ross, Athens & Gallia Counties, Clark leads our HERO-READY SERVPRO family by example. His commitment to training, personal development, and motivation produce a team that is focused on providing excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration along with Fire & Smoke Restoration.
Paul Lykins
Paul returned to the SERVPRO family in 2020 to manage our Reconstruction Services Division. With a wealth of experience in the industry, Paul brings valuable expertise and fun to our team.
Ernie Walker
Ernie has been a part of the SERVPRO of Jackson & Ross, Athens & Gallia Counties team since 2011 working as an Estimator and Office Administrator. Ernie also leads crews on water, fire, and mold mitigation projects and completes inspections. He has certification in Water Damage Restoration by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as well as SERVPRO Employee Training Certification in Water, Fire, and Carpet Cleaning.
Luke Wolford
Luke is our Marketing and Sales Representative here at SERVPRO. He has been a part of our team since March of 2021. Along with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration, he is also a certified Water Removal Technician (IICRC).
Tom Buttrick
Tom has been with SERVPRO of Jackson & Ross, Athens & Gallia Counties since 2012 and is a lead crew chief for water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup projects. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration along with Fire & Smoke Restoration. Tom has also provided immeasurable support to our customers needing COVID-19 cleanup.
Christina Cheatham
Chris has been a member of our SERVPRO team since November 2018 and specializes in structural and content cleaning following fire mitigation. She is a valued member of our content warehouse team and has provided immeasurable support to our customers needing COVID-19 cleanup.
Dylan Pugh
Dylan joined our SERVPRO team in 2020 as a Production Technician. He is training in water mitigation, fire mitigation, and mold remediation. His dedication and optimism bring light to any situation.
