The crew were amazing people that had exceptional knowledge of mold remediation. Angie was great at explaining everything she was doing. There were a few stressful moments with the insurance company, Chase and Angie were very consoling. They treated me like family! Thank you SERVPRO!!

Rick Franks of SERVPRO in Ohio was a consummate professional on the remediation of my house that was water-damaged by Hurricane Harvey. He arrived on the property only one day after the neighborhood was accessible, worked up a detailed quote and started the project the very next day. His crew worked diligently and did a fine job. They were courteous and respectful of the traumatic situation, and worked long hours to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. On his own time, Rick returned 3-4 days after the job was finished to check on any mold growth. The before-and-after photos he took of the clean up process proved to be valuable for my insurance claim. In every aspect of the job, SERVPRO did an outstanding job!
