This highly trained crew, many certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), are there to solve your problems. Michal Fosdick
Michal Fosdick is the President/Owner of SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Michal began her journey with SERVPRO in 1996, and has since expanded her franchise group to 12 across the Cleveland Toledo areas. Her passion and family-based ownership style has created a strong team culture and work ethic amongst her employees.
Dennis Fosdick
Dennis Fosdick is the Vice President of Operations at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Dennis has been with the company since 2000, joining the family business and following his mom's footsteps. Dennis oversees the day to day operations of our crews across 12 franchises in Northeast Ohio.
He has traveled across the country to help those in need, and puts his whole heart into caring for the community around him.
Melanie Tremmel
Melanie Tremmel is the Director of Operations at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Melanie has been with the company since 2017. She works diligently to ensure that your needs are met, no matter what kind of disaster you face, and no matter when that disaster strikes.
Albert Atkins
Albert Atkins is the Director of Sales and Marketing at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Albert has been with the company since 2019. Albert oversees the community relations, territory management, informational technologies and social medias across the 12 Team Fosdick franchises.
With prior experience in construction and real estate ownership and management, Albert is highly equipped to help handle your home or business's disasters.
Dan Fister
Dan Fister is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Dan has been with the company since 2022. Dan oversees the reconstruction of all residential and commercial jobs across 9 franchises. He ensures that your home or business looks better than it did before disaster struck.
Christopher Bougher
Chris Bougher is the Mitigation Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Chris has been with us since 2010. He first started as a Project Manager, and then moved into his role of Mitigation Manager. Chris is IICRC certified in water damage restoration.
When asked what he likes most about working at SERVPRO his reply was, “Working with the team.” Chris makes sure that no matter what kind of disaster affects your home or business, it is handled quickly and with great care.
Sharon Pelkey
Sharon Pelkey is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Sharon has been with us since 2021. Sharon works hard to maintain the positive environment that our crew needs to succeed. She tirelessly manages the work schedule, and dedicates her time to making sure that your disasters are handled promptly and efficiently.
Andrew Meyer
Andrew Meyer is the Director of Disaster Operations at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Andrew has been with us since 2016. Andrew holds the IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, CDS and Priority Responder certifications. When asked what he likes most about working at SERVPRO he replied, “Working on Storm Team, traveling the country helping people, and making a difference in their most difficult situations. You never know what to expect when you show up for work in the morning! Great opportunity for anyone to learn, earn, and succeed in a career.”
Kym Gibson
Kym Gibson is the Human Resources Manager at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Kym has been with us since 2022. Kym is dedicated to creating a family-like work space for our employees to feel safe and comfortable. She strives to help add to and maintain our wonderful team so that your disasters are handled by the best.
Elizabeth "Buffy" Kajack
Elizabeth "Buffy" Kajack is a Fire Project Manager at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Buffy has been with us since 2009. She is IICRC certified for water, fire and applied structural drying. When asked what she likes the most about working for SERVPRO, she answered, “The adventure of helping people, it’s never the same and you learn more every day, no matter how long you’ve been here. It’s the feeling you get when your job is done and it looks great. And the close knit family atmosphere."
Carol Gumbarevic
Carol Gumbarevic is a Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Carol has been with us since 2017, the first 4 years as a Production Technician and now as a JFC. She prides herself on first notice calls assisting customers in need. When asked what she likes most about working at SERVPRO she answered, “The teamwork between the employees and the high standards SERVPRO is held to within the industry."
Kris "Laug" Laugesen
Kris "Laug" Laugesen is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South.
Kris has been with us since 2017. He is IICRC certified in water damage restoration. What he likes most about working at SERVPRO is, “The SERVPRO Family and working doing tear out.”

Michal Fosdick, Founder and President at SERVPRO of Cuyahoga South, is proud of the company she has been building since 1996. Michal’s hard work, compassion and knowledge has given her the praise of her many clients and cemented her an exceptional reputation within the restoration and insurance industries. Day or night Michal has been there for her customers when they need her the most. Her hands-on leadership style and sleeves rolled up approach earns her the respect, hard work and loyalty of her staff. Michal is a proud mother and grandmother and enjoys ever opportunity to play that role.
Dennis Fosdick, Jr., Vice President of Operations, oversees day to day operations of the many crews that crisscross Northeast Ohio on daily basis. A graduate of Medina High School Dennis has spent his entire life in the restoration and construction industry. Dennis has traveled to over 17 states working through Hurricanes, Floods and Polar Vortex’s to help those in need. Dennis brings the knowledge he gained traveling the United States home to Ohio to help daily our friends and neighbors when an emergency hits home. Dennis shares the love of his company, sports and good steak with his son that he is grooming to be 3rd generation in the family business.
Melanie Tremmel, Office Manager, handles all in house operations. Melanie has been in the Customer Service Industry her entire career which makes her ideal for the many tasks she handles daily including Office management, Human Resources, Customer Relations and Scheduling, and anything and everything we need to get the job done. A lifelong Parma resident Melanie recently moved closer to the office to be near what she loves. Safe to say if you have an emergency 24/7 you will hear Melanie’s voice on the line helping make it “Like it never even happened.”
Albert Atkins, Director of Sales and Marketing, oversees social media, community relations, information technology and territory management. Albert has been an owner and manager in the construction and real estate industries which has taught him a wide range of skills that enhance the customer experience. Having a large blended family Albert has honed his skills in negotiations, diplomacy and patience along the way. If you are looking to talk business Albert prefers it to be on the beach or the tennis court on Cleveland’s westside.
