The cleaning crew that came in to hell clean up this project went ABOVE & beyond. We had a floor at work had to have the walls redone floors redone. I sat in dust for months. We originally had a crew come in & they never cleaned my office but had cleaned the other one. The next cleaning crew of Hannah M. & Chris M. came in & they went above my expectations. As you can see in the photos my floors are freshly scrubbed they cleaned my walls, desk windows blinds my pictures hanging on the walls. Even after scrubbing my office turned my fan on to help the floor dry faster! Great crew, great customer service as well. This has been a roller coaster ride but the closing of it was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys again!!!

About Our Owners
Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson James have partnered together to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
