Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration, and owner Andrew Dobson holds Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire and Smoke Restorer (MSR) & Master Textile Cleaner (MTC) Certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration (IICRC). Andrew is also a certified IICRC WRT instructor. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
About Our Owners
Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson have partnered together to be the best restoration specialists in their territories. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
