The girls just left after they finished with packing up everything. They have done a great job and all is ready to go for the moving team. We had mentioned to Tamika that maybe we could wait till Monday for the "Move Out" day and she said she would let the office know. After she left we see there is a large chance of rain on Monday, so Tuesday would be fine with us, please let me know if this will work for you.
I also wanted to let you know how great Tamika was this week. She made this process go smoothly, and was very friendly and helpful. Also, if it wasn't for her experience and knowledge we would have never known about the damage that was done in one of the closets in the basement that is part of our claim. Tamika truly represents the reason we are thankful we chose SERVPRO.

I just got a new house and the pipes froze needless to say water everywhere...I was so stressed out and Dennis and his team were out here within an hour to help and reassure that everything was gonna be takin care of and they surpassed what I expected! Recommend these guys to anyone in need of help they were excellent !

Michal Fosdick, the Founder and President of SERVPRO of Barberton/Norton, has led the company since its establishment in 1996. Michal's hands-on leadership and commitment to being there for customers day or night command respect and foster loyalty among her staff. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Michal is a proud mother and grandmother, embracing these roles with enthusiasm.
Dennis Fosdick, Jr., Vice President of Operations, oversees the day-to-day operations of crews across Northeast Ohio. A proud graduate of Medina High School, Dennis has dedicated his life to the restoration and construction industry, facing challenges from hurricanes to floods and polar vortex events across 17 states. Dennis's commitment extends to helping friends and neighbors in times of emergencies. Outside of work, he shares his love for the company, sports, and family, actively guiding his son to be the third generation in the family business.
Daniel Fister, a seasoned professional specializing in insurance restoration within construction management since 2009, is an indispensable leader within SERVPRO Team Fosdick. His commitment to leadership and teamwork is evident in overseeing inspections of 1500+ properties and applying root-cause analysis for effective solutions. Combining a strong academic foundation in finance and accounting from Cleveland State with practical expertise, Daniel brings a comprehensive skill set to his role. Alongside his 13-year marriage to Sarah, fatherhood to four children, and the companionship of an 8-pound "defender" dog named Penni, he adds warmth to his multifaceted life.

With a career in the Customer Service Industry, Melanie brings invaluable expertise to oversee office operations, human resources, customer relations, scheduling, and other necessary responsibilities. In times of emergency, you can rely on hearing Melanie Tremmel's reassuring voice on the line, tirelessly working to make it "Like it never even happened."
Albert Atkins, our esteemed Director of Sales and Marketing, oversees a comprehensive portfolio including social media, community relations, information technology, and territory management. With a rich background in construction and real estate, Albert enhances the customer experience with his diverse skill set.
